Stein Erikson LodgePosted Dec 16, 2013
The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant is terrible. Tried most entres and all were consistently terrible. If they fix the food problem, the hotel would be perfect.

Very luxurious. Great locationPosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: European charm.
Cons: Would be nice to know if the skiing is open when booking.
Location: Its all about the skiing in Deer Valley. In hotel dining and fitness/spa are nice. Near by shopping and a few other dining choices in walking dist.
This is a great hotel with a great spa and restaurant. I love the location. I did not know when I booked it that skiing was not open yet. Had to drive to Park City and haul ski equipment around so missed the benefit of the ski in/ski out location. Spa is very nice but expensive. Restaurant is warm and wonderful. Staff nice. Beds great!

Great Anniversary Get AwayPosted Oct 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for our anniverasary and it was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the spa was amazing as well (we did the romance package). The turn-down service is nice and we had the Sunday brunch as well, and it was very good. I can't wait to stay again.

Perfect mountain lodgePosted Oct 1, 2013
From the staff, to the comfort and size of the room, to the balcony with a hot tub and the view, the lodge was everything and more that you'd want for a perfect getaway.

A beautiful lodge with a casual relaxing ambiancePosted Sep 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature in the autumn. Very relaxed ambiance at lodge. Room and service reflected great attention to detail. Fabulous restaurant with live music at scheduled times. Free shuttle service with good hours to popular Main Street with its galleries, restaurants, and unique shops in Park City. Love the small Egyptian Theater for a concert or a play on Main Street. Lodge doesn't have an extended-hour deli or counter for snacks which was an inconvenience. Small 8 person hot tub and simple pool area. Hope to make a weekend stay at the lodge an autumn tradition.

Best of the bestPosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: The whole atmosphere, the hot-tub in the rooms (outside on the terrace), everything.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Location: Enjoy nature and beautiful views. Just get a nice rest
Our get-away weekend was perfect. This property is amazingly beautiful. Just walking around on property through the beautiful gardens makes you feel relaxed already. Every single member of the staff is so attentive and hospitable that you feel welcome at all times. The restaurant was very busy considering it's not high season and after enjoying an absolutely delicious meal and great service, I now know why. I can highly recommend this hotel and we hope to be back very soon.
