RatsPosted Aug 25, 2014
Cons: Pest Control
There was a rat in the room. When we wanted to change rooms it took an hour and they sent an engineer to check out the problem. Very bad sleep after. Just the thought of pests in a 5-star really bothered me.

Very nice stayPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Not used to being so well taken care of. Parking was valet, they take your bags up to your room. They provide a newpaper in the morning.
Cons: Stocked fridge please. One bottle of water per person, per day was not enough.
Location: Park City is awesome and the list is too long to give here. Lots of free concerts, events, competions, etc. All Year Long!!!
Rooms were very clean. Quiet too! The bed was not uncomfortable, but somehow I had a sore back. Room service 24 hours worked well for us as we had a crazy schedule during our trip. Bring lots of small bills to tip everyone!

Beautiful resort inside and outPosted Jul 14, 2014
Location: Perfect location there are so much to see and do you never get bored. Just a few are A broadway movie Theather , and of course the Olympic Training.
Wow this lodge in Park City Utah is by far one of the cleanest and goes way above my expectations of what I could imagine from my research of places to stay in this location. From the minute you pull up to the main lobby you are really treated like royalty , the staff Goes out of their way to make sure they answer all your questions about the lodge and even escort you and your luggage to your building and make sure you are checked in and answer any other questions you may have about the lodge. The unit we stayed in was absolutely beautiful the view was beyond words. I believe it was a 1300 hundred or more sq. foot. With a private balcony Including a Jacuzzi . Rooms were very spacious , ours had two full fireplaces and large wall mounted TVs full kitchen very large king size bedroom, 1/1/2 bathrooms large living room and full size bathroom. There was nothing more I could of asked for, housekeeper was the best. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating . Plenty to do in park city and awesome resturants . This place is a wonderful vacation place to go anytime all year all seasons. I would definitely return to this lodge.

Luxury suitePosted May 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location and staff but room service meat was raw and main room was unusable due to a large movie screen being stuck down in the middle of the room with no access to projector. It covered the fireplace.

Anniversary Celebration at an Elegant LodgePosted Apr 28, 2014
Cons: Weather not hotels fault
Location: Park City has all the outdoor fun you need summer or winter.
We had a very nice time could not have asked for anything different than mother nature whom if the hotel could have fixed that I believe they would have done so also. We would recommend this stay to all our freinds for a weekend retreat for them as we do live in the Salt Lake Valley and it was a great weekend getaway. As I stated above a little off season was expecting to go golfing but to cold and snowy.

great getawayPosted Apr 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Always enjoy this hotel in the spring, when it is warming up but there is still snow in Park City. The hotel has all luxury amenities that make a getaway perfect.

Beautiful room, amazing view, and great amenitiesPosted Apr 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was spacious and clean. We had a suite with a hot tub on the balcony. It was amazingly nice to relax followed by sitting in front of a wood burning fire that was set up for us. Was close to Park City, and not too far from SLC. I was impressed and happy with the service.
