hotel in condocomplex

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: very closed to Skiing area-walking distance with Ski-Snowboard rental places
Cons: The cooking smell of your neighbors in your hotel room. Have Coffee and Tea corners in Hotel check in area.
Location: good restaurants /a small corner market/bus connections to Park City
Very nice staff -my room was in building C-which is nested between condos.Very clean ,nice bathroom with jacuzzi warm tiles, fluffy bed ,nice lights. You can take your hot bath in room -which is great. The pool outside was filled with screaming kids and -so not attractive for couples or singles. The only thing I didn't care for:::when your neighbors cook and they will!!! your room is filled with cooking smell- My room was filled every day late afternoon with strong smells. I'm sure this could be fixed!! I told the staff when I left, but didn't get much response. The bus runs every hour to park city starting at 4pm. The hotel/condos are very closed to Skiing area-which was the most important thing for me. I missed having a corner in Check In area with hot tea and coffee-which is offered almost everywhere around the country now.

Great location, but updates needed

Posted Feb 12, 2015
Pros: Location; large, jetted bath tub; very nice guys at the ski concierge
Cons: bathroom cleanliness was poor, upgrade tiny TV and cabinet, have ski concierge pick up skis at bottom of slope like the other 2 hotels
Location: Ski, ski, and ski
Overall the stay was good. The location is great. My stay was February 7-11 2015. I stayed in a queen bed room with kitchenette and a jetted tub.

Great Resort

Posted Dec 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
We took an extra long weekend to go skiing. The snow was not as good as in the past but we went very early in the season and the weather was much warmer than normal. Not the resort's fault. The resort is great. Love the Canyons. The front desk staff was very helpful. We booked through All Seasons Resorts. Apparently, there's two management companies for the Sundial. We didn't really notice any difference.

Thank you for your positive review. As Sundial Lodge is an HOA of individually owned condos there are several management companies renting condos for the owners. We appreciate you choosing All Seasons Resort Lodging and I am happy to hear there were no issues during your stay. We hope to have you back with us again in the future. The Sundial

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
We have stayed here twice - both times in October. You really can't ask for much more in a hotel.

Shappy Unit

Posted Oct 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was Off Season so the resort was not at full staff and many facilities were closed. -- Unit we had was furnished sparsely and was worn. The resort has everything you could ask for but not everything was open in Oct.

I'm sorry to hear your stay was not ideal. It is the off season in Park City so a number of business close to remodel and prepare for the ski seasons. Here at Sundial Lodge you can still swim and hot tub as well as relax by the fire pits. I would also recommend visiting the Olympic Park as well as historic downtown Park City. All our units are individually owned and furnished so please let us know about any room furnishing issues during your stay so we can pass them on to the owner. Thank you. Good stay but extra charges for a mixup

Posted Oct 28, 2014
Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Stay was great and room was great. Problem is after the stay I got charged an extra 83.06 that was supposed to be billed to Expedia. Called Hotel to give them a chance to fix this and they didn't take care of it. Had to call Expedia. Won't stay at hotel again because of this but will use Expedia again.

I'm glad to hear you had a great stay at Sundial Lodge. We do take care of any billing mix ups when we are notified of them but they can take a while to process on credit card statements. I apologize for the inconvenience and I assure you this is a rare occurrence. All guests are welcome to ask for a manager in this type of situation to be sure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction immediately. Brian Bell General Manager All Seasons Resort Lodging

The property is conveniently located right at the fulcrum of the Canyons Resort in Park City. The setting is beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property is a bit tired and in need of some renovation. The condo was not very clean. The couches were soiled and there were crumbs under them. The layout of the condo was somewhat weird with a disproportionately large master bathroom. It's an ok property and you'll be comfortable at a great location but don't expect luxury.
