Location for this hotel is great if you are planning to go to Main Street. The hotel is surrounded by walkable shopping center with good food options. The hotel is large and rooms are spread out. The coffee shop was closed during our stay but look nice.

The concierge Mike was outstanding and made our stay memorable. He was so wonderful that I am having a hard time finding the words to fully capture his impact on our stay. To begin, he went out of his way to be sure we had what we needed each day. HE personally would set us up with coffee/tea, help us plan our day, ask the staff in the cafe to seat us quickly to help us make our appointments. He was charming, told some great stories, and gave great advice on transportation options. I have stayed at some of the top hotels worldwide and Mike's personal service and smile exceeded the service I have received anywhere! We are planning to return with our families next year and we will stay the the Doubletree rather than an Air B&B. I am recommending the Doubletree to everyone!

The property was not nice. The hallways were dark and gloomy, and the rooms were small and dirty. Hair was in our shower and the sink was dirty. Rooms feel like it was a prison at one time in the past. We had to leave after the first night and find another hotel.

Great place to stay for the film festival and skiing. Comfortable beds. Clean and great service. Location is walking distance from everything. The whirlpool outdoors is broken and would be great to fix it. Pool is perfect and really warm!

I reserved 2 queen room and they provided me with 1 king room. They blamed it is Expedia’s fault for sending them information with 1 king. I don’t trust this excuse. Don’t reserve this hotel unless you don’t mind what kind of beds you get.

great room cheap old TV
The hotel was great, the hot tub was awesome. The only one complaint was the TV. For an expensive hotel room, in a suite with a nice fireplace, you would expect a decent TV. The TV was small, only had a handful of channels and was not a smart TV. If I could have logged into a streaming service or cast from my phone, I would have been fine. But only being able to watch a handful of local channels was not on par with a high end hotel. They need to upgrade to a decent smart TV.

The scent that is released into the air in the lobby is so strong that it gave me a headache the entire time I was there. It is horribly pungent and unpleasant. If the purpose is to hide an unpleasant oder then maybe it would be best to clean the facility instead of trying to mask the smell with another smell. Also the room I stayed in was old and dirty. Very disappointing

This hotel is conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, and shuttle service. The staff is super nice and the cookies were delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

Park City weekend
It was a great stay. Bus stopped right at the hotel going 1 direction. The other bus stop going north was just across the street and up a bit. Very convenient town to get around in especially since bus service was free.

I was given a room that obviously had been smoked in, even though this is a non smoking hotel. I brought this up to the staff and they immediately helped move my things to another room. The staff are all fabulous. From the front desk to those that served lunch at our convention. Convention food was fabulous. Room was perfect in every way.

Rather expensive for how crap the mattress was
Everything was fine except the mattress was not comfortable at all. We tossed and turned all night, then went home after a lukewarm breakfast and slept the day away.

It is a great location and the staf was friendly. The atmosphere is dark and dingy. Room old and in need of renovation. For $300+ a night you would think you would get breakfast. $25 pp for breakfast.

Fun and clean place for families
Came up here for a quick getaway. It was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool area and we slept great in our comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast is a paid breakfast and it was quite pricey but that wasn’t an issue as there are lots of other dining options nearby. We’ll be back!

We liked the property. Front desk staff very nive, especially Audra for our checkout. Breakfast buffet was good. Our server Luis had to be asked three times for water and coffee. We did not receive until after a table that was sat after us. He needs to be taught to be more friendly and speak up.

It was pretty Meh. I've stayed in far worse, but I've stayed in far better for much less as well. The pool is small, the brick work around it needs some fixing. The textured walls look horrible so new paint doesn't even look good on it. Time for an update and refresh. Oh and the front desk staff is a bit upity for your mediocre status.
