Good location.

Cons: The TV remote was very unresponsive and the late night weekenders were noisy. We will return in the future on week nights.
Location: Great location, near the center of Park City, but also an easy drive to Kimball Junction with the mall outlets, etc.
Our stay was pleasant. The room was small, but well appointed, especially for the reasonable price. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the mountains. The tile, granite, carpet and room were up to date and very clean. We will return.

Location: Park City is close by and a must see if staying in this hotel.
Hotel was being remodeled. Carpets were a bit worn. Room was clean. Had to drive into town to find a restaurant for breakfast. Hot tub was being repaired. Other then this the room was a good value.

OK Value, facility in disrepair

Pros: Pet friendly -- this was great
Cons: The place felt tired. Maybe the emphasis here is the ski season and coming during August catches them before they get to their backlog of stuff to do
It was affordable enough. But there was evidence of disrepair everywhere. * Large puddle of water on the carpet in our room * Large puddle of water on the carpet in the hallway (this was different than the one in our room) * One of the main entrance/exit doorways was broken, and access was blocked by yellow police tape with a highway cone on the floor. The staff were kind and responsive.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. Staff is nice but rooms and whole place, restaurant closed, is terrible. You should not recommend this hotel.

we couldn't check in at 4:30 p.m. because the linen truck was late and we didn't have towels to shower that night

Very unrelaxing stay

I was working in Park city and just wanted to relax when I got to my room. The bed had a broken box spring and the towels were unclean. I emailed the manager and told him of my complaints. He called me to apologize and said he would personal talk to the staff. He asked me to stay in the hotel again after the renovations to the building and services. All I want is good service when I stay somewhere. I didn't get it that night but he is making up for it. It's nice to be appreciated. Especially when I am paying for it! I don't know if I would recommended this hotel to a friend or not. But I have to put something. Maybe if I stay another night and it feels relaxing, I would.

My room was not clean. Candy wrapper on the floor and tub had a ring around it. Floor in from of the AC unit was a swamp. All of the glass exit doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Two of the three ice machines on our floor were out of order. I understand that they were under construction,...but you would think that they would go the extra mile to make up for the inconvenience. All I saw around me was "barely an effort".

Michelle, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I am sorry to hear that you found a candy paper in your room. We surely missed that one in spite of all inspections and best intent. We are generally scoring very high on the cleanliness which is not hard to check just by checking what other guests are reporting. The glass entrance doors are cleaned daily and if they were not clean that only indicates need for more cleaning which we will be glad to do starting today. Thank you again for the survey. Fire Alarm went off at 11 pm at night and we had to evacuate the building. There was a used bandaid stuck to the headboard of one of the beds. Gross.

Noisy Air conditioner.

Cons: Updating an old facility.
Location: Not many eating places near us.
When the compressor kicked in during our stay it was extremely noisy. The fan noise was fine and we could sleep through that, but then the compressor would start and wake us up again. A terrible nights sleep.
