Nice resort.

Cons: More accurate description of suite.
We had a beautiful room, unfortunately not quite what I was expecting. The in suite jacuzzi turned out to be a small jetted tub in the bathroom. Other than that, the resort was beautiful.

Small rooms & bad customer service

Pros: That it was in Park City....other than that, nothing!
Cons: Customer service. Layout of the rooms and entire property is horrid.
Room was so small (Fold out couch/bed and king size bed) that when the couch was folded out into a bed, there was NO room for any luggage and barely a walk way. I suspect that we were in the "bonus" room of a timeshare suite (as it had the letter "B" after our room number) and that is why it was so small. Disappointed because this was not detailed as such in the listing for the room description at booking. The layout of the hotel is very poor. To get the "Elk Lodge" tower of rooms, we had to got up to a certain floor of the "Bear Lodge" from the lobby, then walk down a hallway and take that elevator. There was NO easy way to get around this place, which is hard with a 2 year old. Upon check in, I was given an information card, with an incorrect reservation number (prevented me from getting onto wireless) and when I alerted staff of this it was "no big deal." Good thing I am honest, I could have charged to another room at the resort with this information. Lastly, when I wanted to extend my stay by one night front desk told me they didn't do that. I had to call front desk from my room and ask to be transferred to "Reservations." Reservations then told me to call the front desk....I finally got help when I complained that I was being shuffled from one person to another. At this point, I decided that it wasn't worth it and actually cut my trip short. Walls were paper thin. I could hear my neighbors toilet flush everytime and "living room" area was hot the entire night

Nice place but I will not return

Pros: The staff was very accommodating and gracious.
Cons: Better organization, restaurants should always be accessible to ALL guests, not some of them. Those making reservations should be told otherwise.
Location: Location is fine and close to many activities.
Not a very nice one. I arrived Sunday afternoon and the restaurant. market, and bar were closed. Internet was down for hours. Asked to get a ride on the shuttle to a downtown so that I could have dinner, but I was told to wait for 30 minutes. I decided to drive instead of waiting. Staff very nice, but hotel is poorly managed, in my view. Wednesday night a group of teenagers in my floor decided to do track and field in my floor around 10 PM. It was also fun for them to bang on my door and run away giggling. I had to call security. Again, a poorly managed hotel.

Nice Hotel, Terrible Service

I travel a lot for work so I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. After informing me that my room was ready at 3:30pm, they had a network problem and couldn't look up the room number I was assigned to. They told me they would call me as soon as they had things figured out. I left the hotel (with all my luggage) and sat at The Canyons patio area. At 5:00pm (no phone call) I returned to the lobby where they finally gave me the keys to a room (they said they upgraded me to a one bedroom suite, which is what I had reserved in the first place). When I entered the room it looked like guests were still staying there. There was garbage, dirty dishes, and all the bedding was a mess. I hauled all of my luggage back to the lobby expecting that they would put me into a different room. However, they just told me they would try to get the room clean as soon as possible and I went back to sitting in the lobby. About 30 minutes later I went back up to my room where I found the cleaning crew still working. I ended up just sitting on the balcony until they were finished. By the time the room was clean and I could finally relax, it was past 7:00pm. After experiencing these sorts of problems, one would expect some sort of accommodations from the hotel to show they are truly sorry. I got nothing, just a simple sorry from the cleaning crew. I will not be staying at this resort again.

Beautiful location in the mountains. Very classy accomidations. Their Edge Steakhouse restaurant at the resort was wonderful; great food and great service. We have already booked our next weekend.

Beautiful room

The room I had was a villa, and quite nice. The hotel/time share facility had a layout that was very chopped up, with restaurants being tucked away at the end of hallways on floors I could not even access from my floor. But, the restaurants were very nice, and the food excellent. Check out is at 10 am, which is ridiculous, given that check in is after 4 pm. Valet parking was free, and the Bell Attendants were very quick and courteous. The property had many amenities. It was also close to Park City. For the price, it was a very good find.

Ok, near ski pavilion. Good place at the Canyons

Pros: They are trying very hard to be a good hotel. Should be a good family ski experience.
Location: Park City. Adult Disneyland. None better
Good experience once you get the layout down. Not too crowded. Would be a great place to ski the Canyons Resort.

Hard to fins your room. To big . to many bldgs.

Check in at 4;00 is not good, check out at 10;00 am not good. Restaurants were closed Sunday and Monday , not good

We are a timeshare resort therefore our hours of check-in and check-out operate different than a hotel, considering we need more time to clean the entire unitS and be able to leave them entirely ready for the next guest. Would I stay here again? Probably. The front desk girl was gonna charge my card again even though it was previously paid to Expedia. The staff were super nice. Convenient pools and underground parking. Bed and pull out bed could use improvement on comfort. Very good getaway though.

One night stay

We truly wish we would have stayed here for 5 days and drove into salt lake city. We loved the room and all of the stuff for the kids. What a wonderful place to stay hope to be back soon
