“location was perfect”

This place felt like it was brand new, even the sheets felt new. Don't forget to packed your swim suit really nice indoor pool. Sports bar right next door was a really fun place to have dinner. Food was good!

Really didn't see much of the area because just stayed one night and left early the next morning.

“One of the better hotels we have stayed at.”

The staff was very informative and helpful. I was impressed with the breakfast. Eggs, biscuit and gravy is something you don't usually see plus the usual breakfast items. We stayed one night but will stop there again if the need arises.

“It was a place to stay”

we had difficulty sleeping because of hearing the guests around us at all hours of the night. Also other sounds were easily heard that I don't always hear in other hotels. I'm not usually a light sleeper, but didn't sleep well the night we stayed here. Room was clean but hotel looked old and could definitely use updated carpet in hallways.

“Smelly Rooms”

There must have been a frat party in our room. Room stunk of, well we are not sure of what. Too tired to change went to sleep, woke up to smelly room. Not that I expected any one to clean that while I slept. Breakfast Bar setup is crowded with a bad flow and the smell of chlorine in the morning, ahhhhhhh!

“"Pet Friendly "but I have allergies”

I was very sick when I woke up Sunday morning and I didn't know why until I was in the lobby and saw 7 dogs of various sizes walking through the lobby. I was miserable because I have pet allergies. I had a bad headache due to a congested head and a very sore throat. Did I mention it was Pet convention weekend that weekend? Expedia doesn't have in big bold letters PET FRIENDLY on Comfort Inns info or I wouldn't have stayed there especially that weekend.

“Do Not Stay Here”

The actual room was nice, it had recently been remodeled. Beds were comfortable with many nice pillows. We could not sleep because of the fan that came on every time the heat came on all night long, and you could not turn the fan off. The Hotel was hosting a Dance for Autism, so there were crowds of people every where, and noisy and loud until late. Our window seemed like it was open, we could hear everything outside in the front of the hotel. The pool area was very large but it was pretty crowded and we decided not to go in. The Breakfast area is in the same place as the pool, so if you don't mind eating with the smell of chlorine and the noise of kids splashing and playing its fine for you. We drove to a restaurant to have dinner because it was so crowded at the hotel.

Area recommendations

We were in Marietta visiting the college which is beautiful. We went to Applebee's for dinner which was fine and fairly close by.

“Typical for the price”

The non-smoking room's bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The desk offered to send up air freshener, but it never arrived.

“Enjoyed the Pool and Spa! Nice Stay!”

My stay at the Comfort Inn was a pleasant experience.I found this to be a very nice accommodation. The reservation on line through expedia was quick smooth.The room was very clean and ameities were useful and of course functioned well.The bed was very well made. A special mention for the new spa and the pool which I enjoyed very much.It was so clean and well maintained.The wireless internet worked perfect.There was good service from the desk as well.I would ask the front desk for new places to visit and things to do and they were able to provide me with a variety of things which appealed to me much. I'm pleased with the room/value and am quite satisfied with the Comfort Inn at Marietta and would stay here again. This hotel is a great deal for the money.
