Our room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in months if not longer. 2 pairs of socks under our beds and dust bunnies galore. It seemed that they literally swept the dirt under the beds. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. Maybe I should have seen the writing on the wall when the parking lot was completely empty for our entire stay. Even our driver said “this is where you’re staying!?” Yikes. Lesson learned.

Floors and carpets in rooms and hallwaysfilthy; ice machine broken and leaking all over the 2nd floor. First room we were given was not cleaned before we walked in- food/dirt on floor and bed not made. Staff checked us into another room on 2nd floor that had a door so difficult to get into, we had to have staff assist us getting in and out of the room. Breakfast here is a joke. Despite the property being non-smoking, people were smoking marijuana and cigarettes from their rooms, trying to cover it up by opening the room windows. No toilet paper in our room- desk staff mentioned they were running low. We had 2 bath towels in our room; asked desk staff for 2 more- they don't have anymore clean right now, so we could not have towels. We couldn't check out fast enough. Will never return.

Clearly some local folks bought this hotel hoping to rehab it with lots of chlorine, some buckets and a scrubber. It is located on a busy loud road, the hallways smell of stale smoke, the carpet was filthy. Our room was "newly remodeled" and had very sticky fake plank flooring but the remodel was superficial. Just do not stay here unless 60$ is all you can afford in which case you would probably be fine putting up with this sad sack hotel. I will say the staff was polite and kind.

Who ever the photographer was did a fantastic job hiding the truth. The building is run down Took an hour for someone to come to front desk so i could check in The room i was put in wasnt what i reserved There was blood on one of the beds the shower was disgusting there was construction work going on outside and inside the building The paint and wall paper was falling off the walls the carpet looked like it hadent been cleaned in 10 years The staff was rude The bed without blood thankfully was comfortable TV didnt work I truly threw money in the trash staying there I would not recommend anyone staying at this establishment the super 8 right down the street is a much better option and that is saying a lot

no body around at check out. no breakfast. we found coffee it was cold. it looked like a remodel was going on and the room we had was not finished it had a few problems. I feel like the room you get to stay in should be finished

Property is under renovation- but my room had ceiling falling down, chair was all torn up, missing edging of counter, and shower was moldy. But overall room was clean, sheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and parking area well lit.

building is very rundown. only clean area was the room, what appeared to be a dog treat was in the middle of the hall, when we checked in sunday, and still in the same place, when we checked out wednesday. the front desk was rarely staffed. had to use my phone, and call a number, then wait for someone to come, for assistance

Weekend stay.
The hotel is very inexpensive and room is clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel could use some cleaning in lobby area and exterior of the building.

They are in the process of updating the property. Not too bad but would have been nice to report that to the customer. Door wasn’t easy to open or shut. Latch was not secured due to screws being loose. Breakfast was only processed foods and coffee was empty on Saturday morning and no worker to report it to.

I have been in jail cells that were cleanier than this place. Do not give them your $$. Atleast in jail i got breakfast. There was nothing offered.

Hotel was under renovation…. It is a “dive”! Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves for letting guests pay to stay there! Disgusting carpets and doors to all individual rooms were trashy and had grafiti on some. Pool and spa area unusable because that area had been condemned and closed down. The glass door to the pool area looked like someone had thrown a rock at it. ( photos here)….

Almost left at 1030 pm due to someone trying to get in our room. They swiped a key card and it worked. Thank goodness for the deadbolt. The entire facility needs torn down. Electrical hazards all around. No security at at. Furniture almost falling over. Has been neglected and no signs of rehab. Nasty. Nasty place.

There were signs that indicated the property was going under renovation which I was not aware of when I reserved a room here. Only one elevator worked, bathroom lights were missing (only three out of five bulbs, of different sizes and styles). The pool was closed, and usually no one at the front desk. The room was clean, but the beds were hard, and the comforter was well used. The desk chair was very torn but I didn’t need to use it.

Expected to see Norman Bates there.
Not bad on cleanliness, but everything else was not. They advertised a pool that wasn't in service and my daughter said it looked like there was a rat in the swimming area. They advertised a restaurant that looked like it hadn't been uo and running for quite some time, not food whatsoever. My husband described the outside of it looking like a prison. Just very disappointed and another guy said it looked like someone got kills in his shower because it looked like blood splattered on the wall. My husband described the motel as the Bates Motel. Lol

I know that they are remodeling. So I think it will be nicer when they are finished. The staff was fabulous. Was very disappointed in what they called breakfast. Instant oatmeal a microwave and fruit is not a good idea. But will give them another try when I return to area.

The pictures posted and actual condition do not match. Pool is condemed. Restaraunt not open. Room was not clean. Shower curtain looked liked someone had wiped with it. Doors all had graffiti carved in them. Not staffed at all overnight. Security latch in 309 broken. Light over vanity dusty and broken. Shady people loitering in the lot. Theres no free breakfast. Front desk clerk said he was quitting because mgt wanted him to serve bananas that had maggots in them. I had expected more fro. Wyndham. Night clerk refused to reimbursed me so i could stay somewhere safer. Definitely not the picture of wyndam properties i was given during their time share spiel. This place needs to be condemed and i will personally report to health dept

I didn't like anything about the place. Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Leaks everywhere, it was a dump . Bugs. Trashy, there was trash under the bed. My grandson got bitten by bugs. Watching to make sure nothing happens from all the bites. Place should be burned down. Very upset customer.

Hotel will be better once renovations are complet.
When first pulling up to the hotel, clearly it was a run down building. They were doing extensive work on the inside. I’m very surprised it wasn’t shut down until work was completed. Or even do one floor at a time with renovations. I will say the actual room we slept in was very clean. We went straight to our room and didn’t leave til check out.

I didn't even end up staying. It was so unsafe and unclean I checked in and went to go by cleaning supplies for my room and thought I shouldn't have to do all this just to lay my head down for two nights. So I may be 10 minutes later after checking in asked for a full refund and immediately checked out. The building is I'm fire needs of a upgrade and repairs It wasn't clean there were ants and spiders crawling on the floor desk and chandeliers Major ceiling leak when you first walk in through the sliding doors that was a hazard with or without our a sign there. The air conditioner was out The sign on the building had fallen off or is no longer up there The custodial team had trash that I assumed were just taken out of cans for the dumpster but they were laying on the floor in plain site in front of the sliding doors and hotel
