Middle of a snowstorm!

Pros: It was clean; liked the bedding. There was a desk chair, but there wasn't a comfortable chair to just sit in, to maybe watch TV, read.
Cons: Shower head is located way too high, cannot even reach it to adjust. Have noticed this in other Hamptons. TV & wi-fi did not work; staff tried to fix.
Location: There is a Wendy's and a gas station. It was a good location stop, a little south of the Ohio border, for us traveling to Michigan.
We were happy we made our reservation through Expedia for our travel because we knew we would probably be driving into a severe snowstorm, according to all weather reports. We got there with several inches of snow already, couldn't see, drive was so slow. Woke up in the morning, buried with snow, freeway closed in both directions, due to semi-trucks jack-knifed and 5-car pile-up. We talked with the staff, and they said we could have an extended stay for awhile because we could not go anywhere; that was very nice of them. However, we were told a little while later that we would have to check out because they needed to clean our room, which was understandable. We sat in the lobby, waiting for the freeway to open and a chance to leave.

Good stay

Excellent breakfast. Excellent bed. Great property. Only negative is we heard some truck noise from our room facing the front. Did not keep us awake.

Good clean friendly hotel has everything you need

Everything was fine - a clean and pleasant room, good coffee in the morning, very friendly staff. Though there was no room service, when I arrived in the late evening, starving, I was given a list of dining options that allowed me to order from a local delivery place. That was great, as I did not in the least feel like leaving my room again that night!

Staff was really nice, breakfast was good. Rooms are highly over priced, to be out away from anything, there rooms were the highest I have ever paid for Hampton inn

Cons: Continental Breakfast could be better. but still. good enough.
Location: visit daughter and surrounding areas.

Over priced!

The room was fine but it was just so over priced. It was a $79 or $89 room that I was charged $$150 for. The Microtel Inn in the same area is much nicer. Of course I would have stayed there in the first place but they were sold out.

Easy check-in. Convenient location from I-77. Normal Hampton Inn quality and dependability...typically good breakfast.

Very nice experience

Pros: Staff and food very clean rooms.
We arrived late after traveling all day the front desk staff was very cheerful and check in was quick and easy. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast with lots of fresh fruit eggs and lots more.
