“Wonderful visit”

I fond my stay to be wonderful. It was quit, very close to downtown, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was what I expected and everything was fresh. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would have no problem staying here again.

“A nice hotel for families”

We booked this room at the last minute plus we have a dog that we needed to bring along. I was a bit hesitant to stay in a hotel that accepted pets I cannot say enough how clean and comfortable everything was. It is an older hotel but has been updated nicely. It was quiet, convienent, and just what we needed. The price was perfect. I would not think twice about booking there again. The only very small problem was the alarm clock did not work properly..no problem though as they have a wake up call service. The pizza place they recommended was awesome. Also my daughter forgot her toothbrush and they had nice ones to offer for a replacement.

“A nice stay”

We really appreciated the courteous staff. The only problem was the heating turning on and off was a little too loud. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

“Marietta Riverfront Roar”

We was 2 miles away from where they where going to be raceing the boats on the Ohio River. The hotel was quite, check-in and check-out service was good. A good hotel for the price and we would stay there again.

“good rating”

The interior of the hotel was very clean, the exterior could use cleaning of the windows and power wash of the staircases and the sidewalk and balcony. Although this is an older hotel, it is maintained in good condition. The continental breakfast was quite adequate and facilitated by the owner. She did an excellent job even though it was very crowded. The motel was full due to town events of a dog show and soccer games.

“Comfortable stay, very nice little hotel.”

Nicest desk staff ever! Very friendly. Room was cleaned, and everything worked. Comfortable beds. Refrigerator was turned on and cold when we got there--very much appreciated and not always the case. Location is great. We had a small child with us and there is a playground & park as well as an aquatic center right next store. Picnic tables and grills at the hotel meant we don't have to eat out or in our room every night. Only complaint is lack of variety for breakfast, but I've seen worse. Had the standard waffles/cereal/bagels. But they did have sugar free syrup, which was a nice touch.

“NC Visit”

The lady at check in was not friendly. We had a puppy and they put us in a 2nd floor room. We asked for a 1st floor room and was flatly told NO! The first floor was not totally booked as we could tell by the amount of cars in the parking lot and the darkness of the rooms. Other than that it is pet friendly and clean.

“Not bad for 1 night...”

Room was clean and in good condition. There was a lot of outside traffic noise during the day and night due to it being very close to the road. Continental breakfast was very sparse in choices available.
