Great hotel, convenient to all major sites. Great breakfast. Huge room comparing to other hotels that we stayed in Italy.

“Nice hotel and great location”

We liked this hotel very much. It is close to the sites in Parma and we were able to walk everywhere once we arrived. The rooms are comfortable and the service was excellent. The only issue we had was a ceiling drip in the bathroom, but once we reported it, it was fixed. There is a charge for parking in the garage, but it is very safe and protected.

Very nice hotel! Has a wonderful breakfast with items to please both Americans and Europeans. Good location for arriving by train and close to shopping areas.

“Not a Charterhouse”

Hotel centrally located. Very friendly and helpful perseonel. An established hotel but very modern, with nice bathrooms. Locate across the street from the museum and within a few blocks of the great historic buildings

Very friendly and helpful front staff. They talked me in on the phone as I got lost driving in Parma. Nice suggestions of things to see. Wonderful, elegant breakfast in their main restaurant was included.
