“Best Feature: The Food”
The best features of this hotel are the hot buffet breakfast, manager's reception and the plant atrium. The room was fairly clean but had a bit of a musty odor. We noted some evidence of past water leakage in the ceiling. Also, a dead fly fell out of the shower curtain when I pulled it back to take a shower. Overall, due to location and food perks, I would give it a 3.5/5
“Roomy and huge suites for 4 people”
This is by far the best hotel to stay in in Parsippany. The hot breakfasts in the morning, which is part of the hotel rate is excellent. Made to order omelettes and an extensive hot and cold buffet make this top notch. However, if you have kids beware, we were kicked out of the manager's cocktail reception - so much for a free drink!
“good value”
on my most recent visit--the hotel was overwhelmed with teenagers --so the pool was full--and there were long lines (20 minutes) to get breakfast items!-I have stayed at this hotel many times before--and generally have had a very good experience---unfortunately this last time was an exception. I would still recommend this hotel as the majority of my experiences there have been positive.
“Bad customer service”
The beds at my room was extremely soft (not good for back), so I asked to change to another room, they made me go to the front desk 3-4 times before the room was changed. Last month, I stayed at Marriott in Boston, when I need to change room, front desk personnel brought new keys to my room without having me to go to the front desk even once.

Loved it, got free tickets for drinks at the bar and the breakfast was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the suites were roomy.
“Beautiful hotel, and the service personel were fantastic!”
Everything is great about the hotel. My only wish was that they had snacks machines on every floor instead of every other floor. Was a long walk looking for a snack machine for a late night snack.
