Courteous, helpful front desk goes the extra mile.

Pros: Courteous and helpful front desk.
Cons: More breakfast items should be added: bagels & cream cheese, hard boiled eggs. (Breakfast lacks protein.) Minor repairs and touch ups needed in rooms.
Location: Domino's nearby. Mediocre Chinese restaurant 2 doors down. Good food at Adams Family Restaurant but watch out for the witch behind the bakery counter.
Stayed here while my kids were at a Teen Retreat at nearby Tranquility Valley Retreat Center. There was a Winter Storm Warning when we checked out. We needed coolant and windshield wipers. Front desk person searched the web for the nearest auto supply store and wrote down the address for me. The hotel itself looks better than most Super 8s. Double queen room had a sofa bed in the couch which was a plus. Need more pillows in rooms. The night we checked in the upstairs corridor smelled like curry but it was gone the next day. Breakfast was not bad with DIY waffles, oat meal, toast, fruit, yogurt and cinnamon rolls but could be made better with the addition of bagels, cream cheese and hard boiled eggs. I would definitely stay here again if the price was right.

The hotel was surprisingly clean and well kept.

Pros: Convenience to Routes 80 & 46.
Cons: The breakfast as mentioned above, could be improved.
Location: Close to a shopping center and other stores.
While we enjoyed our stay, there are two things that could have been better. The breakfast was skimpy - would have enjoyed fresh bananas &/or oranges and some eggs for a change. When we went out in the parking lot, there was an electrical wire from the wall of the motel to a truck and my husband tripped over the wire because there was not safety cone to indicate it was there! Evidently someone's battery had died and was being recharged. However, this could have caused injury because there was no indication it was there and it was dark and rainy out!

Solid but not fancy

Posted Nov 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
On a macro scale this hotel was perfectly reasonable. There were pieces and corners that were dirty or stained, the shower head was loose and dirty for instance. However the room was set up very nicely, and the extras of having a fridge and microwave in the room were a nice touch. I would like to see a little more intention put into the breakfast but the apples were excellent.

On my way to New York

Room was very comfortable. Turned on the fan mode for the a/c heater and never had to adjust it. Did not hear the traffic from the road so slept ok. Big screen TV with lots of channels but not much on. That's today's entertainment. Alhough they did have ESPN. And free WiFi.

Short stay with Family in a wonderful hotel.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked 2 rooms - 1 for my elderly parents and the other for myself, my sister and grown niece. The hotel staff, both evening and morning, were fantastic, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable and rather large. The hotel lobby was bright and clean. The free breakfast was a nice treat with various choices. I would recommend this hotel.
