Great find - prefect for shopping trip
Really nice hotel, ideally located for Cite Europe shopping trip. Don't be put off by the external appearance inside it's very comfortable and welcoming. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside was the the accessible room just had a hand rail next to the toilet and not the additional pull down bars for support on both sides. Overall thought the room was very comfortable and easy access for someone with poor mobility.

Excellent stay
We stayed here twice and had a great stay with our two year old. Nothing was too much trouble from the attentive staff. We enjoyed the room and the dividing curtain that helped us all get a nice sleep in the comfy beds.

Good hotel in a great area.
The location is fantastic you have the shopping Center just 5 to 10 minutes working and the euro tunnel terminal passenger is 10 minutes away. The hotel is clean inside and the surrounding also. The receptionists were fantastic. Our family suite was neat but the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Therefore, we had to open the window for fresh air and autumn cold wind but the noise of certain clients disturbed our sleep. Nevertheless, we had a good experience from this hotel and we will definitely recommend it

Hotel is a little dated now we stayed when it was new about twenty years ago and there is still a lot of the same fixtures and fittings and carpets as there was back then. Toilet smelt of urine

On site parking; a few minutes drive from eurotunnel. Walking distance to places to eat. Good sized, comfortable, clean family room. Staff all very pleasant and welcoming. Good breakfast. A convenient place for overnight stay on way back home.

Very satisfied
Came for one night only with 2 kids. Nice large room, beds comfortable and quiet environment. Did not take the breakfast option as a little pricey. Close to a large mall so plenty of restaurants nearby.

Convenient overnight stay
Stayed here for the convenience for the tunnel first thing in the morning. Handy having the mall for dinner and somewhere to stretch your legs. The staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room itself very dated and lots of stains. We were travelling with our pet rabbit so needed a pet friendly room and air conditioning. For this reason the room did smell like wet dog. The air con helped cover it. The carpet, seats, lamp etc all were covered in stains. The bathroom feels like a bathroom on a boat. Nothing wrong with that though. Just different and a little quirky. Few hairs found and even a chunk of food I think bread on the floor. Definitely wouldn’t say this hotel is 4 star

Such a pleasant overnight stop
After a long days drive from Switzerland what a fabulous welcoming hotel. Clean, fresh & so comfortable. This was a pleasant surprise it was 5 star compared to the overnight stay we had in Lucerne. I would highly recommend this hotel without a shadow of doubt . Thank you

Excellent, clean and spacious room for three
We were very very pleased with what we arrived in on Saturday evening. It was surprisingly but very much appreciated spacious room for three. We also found very handy the fact it had a separate toilet from the bathroom. Obviously the room was perfectly clean and tidy (when we areived not so much after we left:-) and there were nice coffee machine too (not a sack with an instant coffee but a good coffee cups). Furthermore, the staff at the reception spoke fluently English and were very pleasant, helpful and conidering the time we arrived, close to midnight, also full of jokes. Overall, very pleased and will book the same next year again. Can hihhly recommend

The car park is like a police compound, our room was next to what looked like a temporary police station in the two adjacent rooms. Entrance to hotel very dirty. Tv, kettle and fridge didn’t work. Shower flooded the toilet. Overall very disappointing having stayed on numerous occasions previously. Have a room booked in 3 weeks time, but will be cancelling.

Not close to town or train terminal, but there are free buses—very confusing. Carpet in general areas is dated and dirty but the room was clean and beds very comfortable. Food in restaurant next (hotel connected) was really awful—go to the mall.

We used to stay here years ago when under a different name. Didn’t look like any updates made, very tired and rundown. Also - didn’t know that all three of the hotels on this site (all BB) are mainly occupied by border control. This also made parking a nightmare and you didn’t want to sit in the bar or have breakfast due to the large amount of off duty police hanging around (mainly men) - very intimidating for our two teenage daughters. All I can say is never again

A clean, comfortable and courteous stay. The staff were so friendly and polite and exceptionally helpful when I had an issue with my car. They went out of their way to help and take care of my mother when I got the issue resolved. I will absolutely stay here again without hesitation and will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at near the Chanel tunnel.
