“No pride”

No pride in their own hotel or it would have been nicer. For the price I paid I expected more. The bathroom wasn't clean. The toilet was loose from the floor. Hole in the wall in bathroom. Sheets were thin and all bedding was old. The towels were old and thin. The floors were okay. At check in they gave you a remote for the TV. Do they have that many thieves renting from them? The thing that bothered us the most was no extra lock on the door.

“Last minute reservation”

From the reviews I didn't expect much. It was cleaner than I expected (window sills in the shower need a good scrubbing. My friends from had wallpaper peeling off. The manager was very helpful, loaned us an iron. The pool was drained.. For a last minute reservation and needing 3 rooms....got what I paid for.

“Rancho Tee Not For Me”

Would never go back if you paid me.....Husband wouldn't even take his shoes off.......Flowers were even dead in the planter, no water in the pool. Key wouldn't unlock the door then when we left to eat the door wouldn't lock......

“Stay Away”

Room was large, but not clean. Pillows stained yellow with brown spots. Asked for clean ones. Replaced with a pair that had blood stains. Linens were so worn and thin you could see through to the old mattress. Staff unfriendly.

“Will never go back again”

The air conditioner was noisy, holes on the wall and spider webs everywhere, not a livable condition.

“Stay away”

Grimy air conditioner vents were blowing dust bunnies around the room when we walked in. Dimly lit hotel room barely concealed the fact that the room was not as clean as one might hope. These things would make this a barely acceptable hotel. What pushed me over the edge was the absence of hot water. No shower. No bath. No warm washed hands and face. The manager claimed multiple times (over several hours) that it would just be a few more minutes. Indeed, he refused to give us any money back, and claimed, "Just wait one more hour" when we finally left the hotel, unshowered. Basic 20th century convenience? Nope, not at this hotel.
