We are very happy with the hotel in general. The only thing we were not happy with was the room allocation to our group, I booked 4 rooms in 1 single transaction and assummed that the 4 rooms would be allocated close to each other as we have 4 young children, eventhough the hotel tried to compensate by upgrading us with better view rooms but I think the anxious feeling of the children not being close to the parents has somehow make the trip experience a bit less more joyful.

I stayed at Dusit Thani, Pattaya, for 8 nights in Jan-Feb 2014 and had a great time.
Staff were great on arrival and throughout stay.
The snacks and drinks at all times during the day were good, and happy hour excellent.
Sea view room balcony was great size and loved the views.
Hotel located on outskirts, but is great location ("dolphin") to describe to taxi drivers, and also
at major intersection stops for the 10-baht buses which were brilliant for getting around.
Would love to stay there again...

My stay at the Sandalay Beach Resort is one of the best, if not the most exciting and pleasurable hotel stays I've experienced.
The Hotel staff, all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable at the hotel, and even within the Pattaya community. There is no doubt, that management's leadership transcends throughout all the staff, including security, from desk receptionists, maids, cooks, and servers!
After 10 days of being treated and fed like a King, I really did not wish to leave.
