A very important requirement for me is wifi To there credit they did change my room (I feel sorry for the person who got that old room because wifi is nonexistent The new room had its wifi issues as well If they fix the wifi issue then this hotel is 10/10 Room size,cleanliness,price it has it all

Hotel is very good but location it's not the best in Pattaya, maybe good that there is Terminal 21 mall close by. If you take the time you may find excellent deals for famous brands. The pool area of the hotel requires some work. A little bit of decoration perhaps some plants can do the trick. Bellboy and security staff better than front desk. I ask the bellboy to hold my bags after check out no problem whatsoever.

Good size room, comfortable bed, water heater but no coffee or tea provided Noise from above late at night was very disturbing. Only one small elevator to service entire hotel. Breakfast was minimal

The check in and check out wait are long. The room ac is off upon entering and the room smells. We see mold on the toilet seat. Although it shows 4 stars here, if you check google, it’s a 3-star, which kind of matches the experience I had.

place is well run, clean, quiet, and i have nothing to complain about. well maybe one thing, most hotels i have stayed at give you a couple of packets of instant coffee and a couple of tee bags along with the two bottles of water. you think this being a four star hotel they would do it also.

Great place to stay, forget free breakfast
Breakfest ordinary, tasteless Chinese cooking. I eaten beautiful Chinese food, but this is not one of them. My children could only eat the butter toast. I staid many time in this hotel, we love it. Next time just pay a little extra, and eat breakfast at Kiss restaurant 60 meter a way. It's awesome.

Only one criticism, hotel has a great rooftop pool and bar with spectacular views of Pattaya. but they lock off roof at 2000 hrs. Crazy. The bar is rarely manned

Forget the breakfast.
Its all fine, and we will return. we staid in the Family suite. For 4500 bath a day, they could give a good breakfast. I have a toast, and egg, so I am OK. My wife, is Thai, and all you have other thinks, is Tasteless Chinese food. My wife and the kids been eating in the morning outside, for about 40-bath each, and they loved it. They had pancakes, I couldn't have only one bite from it. I am not a chef, but I could make 10-time better food than they have at morning. I been in two star hotels in Thailand, and had much better breakfast then Aiyara Palace.

I will never go back to this hotel. It's a rip off place. Staff doesn't speak English well. If you ever go there for new year, they will charge you $150 per person for dinner party which is not even worth $20.

Unterkunft war gut und das Personal immer Hilfsbereit und freundlich.Auch die Zimmermädchen haben guten Job gemacht.Auch in der Tiefgarage waren immer Mitarbeiter die ein fachkundig den Stellplatz zuwiesen. Ich würde dort wieder einkehren.

Bra hotell i Norra Pattay, tyvärr fick jag ett rum ut mot gatan, ett våldsamt ljud som börjar redan vid 5.00 på morgonen då alla moppar åker förbi. Frukostem är VÄLDIGT enkel och Tråkig. Boka rum utan frukost och gå ned på stan istället. Men takpoolen är mycket trevlig

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel Aiyara kenne ich seit 3 Jahren und werde wieder dort hin gehen. Sehr schöner Swimmingpool auf dem Dach 😊 Leider hat es nur 3 Liegestühle und die sind seit Jahren kaputt! Sonst kann ich dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen.
