“Expectations Exceeded.”
A hotel is only as good as it's staff. The staff was always very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with nice smiles and a cold sweet tea. The entire hotel, as well as my room, was clean and comfortable. The hotel is off the main road which allows for restful sleep. If you're looking for the hustle of the city, a short walk will put you in the middle of it all. Rides are also given by the hotel, free of charge, to people looking to get to the main road. I used the ride once though I was consistantly offered one. All in all, my stay left me with a strong desire to return.
“seriously bad location”
The hotel is ok for a 4 star , the most annoying thing was the location which isolated and away from every thing else in town not to mention acessability (you either have to put up with spending time to explain to a taxi, or you have to rely on foot power). Another thing, if you plan to return later in the night, make sure you eat before you retire as there is no room service beyond 1 am.
“Fantastic new hotel.”
Check in was great, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and catered to every need I had. The room was huge and was extremely clean and very modern. The only problem is that the hotel is kind of out of the way of everything else but the hotel provides a golf cart that takes to the major areas. All together the hotel was amazing, the Ice Bar and the restaurant were also superb. On my next trip to Pattaya I am definitely going to stay at Amari Nova Suites again.
“Not what I imagined”
From the photos, I expected more from this hotel. It's location is back from any of the main roads and is quite rural. There is no restaurant service during certain times of the day (only room service). The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the two lounges in the lobby are not for family people or romantic lovers. At night, the place is for single guys only! The suite was great and was exactly as pictured.
“Modern Hotel, Serviced Apartment in Pattaya”
Pros: Clean, modern, Safe, Guest Friendly, great staff, quiet area of town (if piece and quiet is what you are looking for in pattaya) overall, a beautiful property. Cons: Location is quite a ways from the beach and all the action. If you are not too familiar with pattaya, this place can be hard to find, and you will do some walking, believe me. If you want to be near the beach and walking street, this hotel is probably not for you. Personally, I am quite familiar with pattaya, and the location did not bother me, but after doing all this walking, my feet were sore after spending a week there. There is a golf cart that can drop you off at the main street, but sometimes you might have to wait a while for it to become available. My biggest complaint is that the room service is not 24 hours, and closes around 10 pm, so I had to order a pizza, or something else a few times during my stay. I would definitely stay there again, just because i loved the room so much.
