“Breathtaking beach location and sunsets”

I stayed at Baboona twice in a two week period and felt very comfortable with both rooms. I liked that there were many complimentary items in the mini-bar. I don't drink so the free Singha beer went untouched. But what I liked most of all was the beachfront location. I watched some amazing sunsets from the balcony of my room. The toilet down in the lobby was very clean and modern. Well done to the staff of this modern and very beautiful hotel.

“Betts and Al”

This was our second stay and we will be back. You get a lot for your money and the sea view room is a must. The food was wonderful as well.

“Great hotel in a great location”

Great place to stay just facing the beach. The real feeling of beach life in Pattaya could be experienced at this hotel, which is quite chick and upbeat. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Spacious rooms with super bathrooms. The breakfast buffet could be improved adding more variety. Overall a great place to stay in a great location and provides quick accessibility to many activities nearby.

“Great Location in Pattaya”

I was pretty happy with my hotel stay. The Staff was great and responsive to my request. I only had one issue and the was I paid for a seaview room which had a power transform and trees blocking the seaview on the third floor room 310. But all else made up for a pleasant stay. Michael

“Nice small boutique hotel”

Nice small boutique hotel...staff is very friendly, and helped with anything I wanted...the breakfast is pretty good,,with an omelette chef on site and although a small assortment of foods and fruits for a buffet,. it was a nice and quiet patio seating....the hotel is right on Beach Road across from the beach..between Soi 3 and Soi4..excellent quiet location at the end of the Beach Road bar scene..free internet in the lobby..

“Very close to the beach”

In a quiet area of Pattaya Beach, there are some renovation on the building next to it. The beach are just on the other side of the street. And there is about 5-8 minutes to walk to Central Mall. All in all a hotel I can recommend

“Good Party Hotel...Not for Romantic Get Away”

As we are used to traveling to other parts of Thailand, mainly Pantong, we were expecting the usual smiling faces and exceptional service. We got neither. It was not a bad experience overall but we won't be staying in this part of Pattaya if we ever do go back. It is one of the few Thailand destinations we had not been to and only had 72 hr getaway so it fit the bill (travel time wise and price wise). When we arrived it was very late at night almost 1AM. We had worked all day and then shot to the airport for the trip from Macau to BKK. The 1 1/2 hour car ride was just as tedious as the extra airplane we "didn't" take to Patong. Hindsight is 20/20. We were checked in by one staff and no help with bags at that time of night. The hotel has been re-modeled but no pool and terrible internet connection in the room. (Ours was RM404 with the nice beach view) Had to stand by the entry door to get any sort of usable signal. FRUSTRATING! Free is not always FUN! Bathrooms need upgrading next. Food at Terrace cafe was pretty cheap and very good. Even tried the spa on 2nd floor for a foot massage. About the same price as on the street so we indulged. Best part of the trip was our last minute foot massage for sure. Beach is really "unusable" more like a marina for rental speedboats than a proper beach really. We charted one to another island and had an amazing afternoon with crystal clear water and no "beach chair wrestling".
