The unfinished hotel - not 5 Star!!!

Pros: The Sunsets!
Cons: The Management and customer service
I would definitely not rate this hotel as 5 stars. The hotel is still being built, for instance in their guest book they state .there is a gift shop, when I asked reception where was the gift shop they explained that there was no gift shop. When I requested green tea at breakfast I was told that there would be an extra charge. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location: Good
The hotel was unfinished and it was disappointing that workmanship was incomplete. I was not told of this when i booked and a discounted rate should have been offered

This hotel is not finished being build...Poor housekeeping...Very disorganized...insane surcharges! 4$ for a coke?!..In Thailand?!...That's just ludicrous :(
