One word... WOW Fantastic hotel

Pros: The pool and slides are amazing The spa (massage) was great. Room Service was yum and pricing reasonable! Recommend the cakes YUM
Cons: Housekeeping - more care could have been provided and my feedback was left with staff at reception. This is the only thing letting down the hotel
Location: to be honest we preferred staying in the hotel - we had been full on and this was 4 days of relaxing! This hotel very much allowed us to do this
My friend and I stayed here - we LOVED this hotel! friendly staff amazing wifi room service was great and not over priced we visited the spa - recommended Note this hotel is very family friendly - although my friend and I we are 2 males (to be honest I cannot stand kids) however we were not bothered by the families with children during our stay. This hotel seems to attract a lot of Russian clientell - Menu's are in Russian, English and Thai.

nice - good for children

Pros: club lounge facilities
Location: hotel is close to external shops and restaurants
good for weekend excursion. Staff very friendly - especially club lounge staff. Club rooms were a bit small - but comfortable. Good waterpark facilities

To main city have to take taxi (150-200 bat ). Hotel should provide one guiding staff to explain the hotel and room facilities for guests who check in. I had to explore all by myself. I found some facilities only the 3rd day only

Large hotel built for Korean & Russian tour groups

Pros: Good pool areas. Good gym.
Cons: Housekeeping is hopeless both in terms of cleaniless as well as in terms of when room is "cleaned"
Location: Much better to stay AMARI Orchird resort or Dusit Thani and spend a day with the kids at the pool.
Check in feels like in a casion hotel in Vegas. Rooms are new but dirty, shower had mold. Rooms never cleaned before 4pm. Hotel staff just here to do a job. Good gym. Good pool areas (if they are open...)

Half of the pools are closed

Pros: Rooms very nice
Cons: Maybe Expedia could have listed certain water features were unavailable? We would have chose a different hotel
Location: Nice beach and pools
It would have been nice if the Hotel or Expedia told us the water slides and lazy river were shut down for a long period

Overpriced holidays with no value for money

Pros: The pool was nice if you could put up with reasonably dirty water. Speciality food in the hotel is good with an average price of £ 75 per head.
Cons: Too big a hotel to expect any good service.
Location: Good location.
A very over rated hotel with very poor service and value for money.

Good for families

Hotel Room spacious. The use of reeds or bamboo to surround mirrors etc,means that they get dusty looking and need to be varnished or something. The freestanding bowl was ok but the lighting for shaving etc., was very poorly placed. You have to climb into the bath for showering which was ok for us, but for some people it might be difficult.Had to get the hang of the tapware and took ages for the temperature of the water to be controlled. Lovely soft absorbent towels. Air conditioning - A burst of air as temperature changed all the time - night time was a nightmare and we turned off the air conditioner and just used the fan - which thank goodness you could..Had an issue with the wording of their Pay 10,000 we give you 5,000 Baht promotion. It was misleading, but it is in hand with the Hotel at the moment, and seems to have reached a satisfactory conclusion.
