All the staff were exceptional from beginning to end. We waited 30 minutes for our room and was offered a complementary drink and room upgrade. The facilities were well maintained and service was great. My wife loved the facial and didn't have a problem reserving it mid-week. The buffet breakfast was well above average in quality and variety with a back bar that included complementary coffee, tea and made to order cappuccinos. The restaurant made exceptional food. The pool areas were nice and we didn't have a problem finding covered recliners. The main pool area fence has a door opening directly onto the beach street sidewalk with room card re-entry. Its a nice sidewalk with a close 7-11 to get cheap snacks for the room and can find inexpensive local foods. A couple areas were a little dated but would definitely come back to this resort.

the place is spacious but dated. the bathrooms towels were worn thin and rough and gray in color. need to replace them. hotel staff was helpful and location is good.

This is one of the few properties that offers direct access to a beach in Pattaya. It's at the north end of Pattaya beach, away from the excesses of Walking Street and close to Terminal 21 for a good selection of shops and eating options. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops in the nearby streets and easy access to the songthaews to help you get around the city.

I arrived early at the hotel and the receptionist ask if I want to wait for the room that I book with a view. Because I can check in early but in a different room. So I said I will wait because I want with view and balcony. I waited 6hrs and this is the view I get. Service are bad employees doesn’t look so happy, room are old and dirty. I stay in dusit thani other country but this the worst hotel they have.

This is a nice hotel by the beach. The music was so loud late at night. If you are a light sleeper, you should request a quiet room. The safe didn’t work at first and it took them awhile to fix. The breakfast was really bad for a five star hotel. They serve the same food every day.
