The Hotel was definitely a 5 star. Only complaint I had was free internet should be provided in the room

The hotel was great. The staff very pleasant and helpful. You are right next to the bay so it is noisy in the morning if you plan on sleeping in. The hotel is one of the three most expensive in Pattaya, so you might want to keep price in mind.

I think this might have been my best vacation ever. My Husband and I LOVED this hotel. If we come back to Thailand, we'll definitely stay here again.
“It was better than in Dec 2007”
Yes, this time my stay at Dusit Thani Pattaya was better than in Dec 2007, as it seems they finally done rennovation and refurbishment hence it was quite. Overall it is an excellent place with it's own private beach in Pattaya (most others don't have it). This was my fifth stay in the hotel and I can't wait to go back!
“Really Happy !!”
Location is superb. We have been to Pattaya many times and found this hotel the best. However drink prices in the hotel are excessive and the result is that very few guests drink in the bar. The Spa prices are also excessive. This is a pity as it would be nice to have some treatments inhouse. However prices X 10 for outside salons is far too much. Bedrooms could do with upgrading, shower in bath is no longer acceptable for a hotel of this standard. However I will be back this year. Food is of a high standard. Staff are wonderful.
“Nice view, professional friendly staff, pretty swiming pool with a view”
The hotel has a very nice swiming pool and rooms have nice views. Many things (restaurants, massage places) are within a walking distance.

Chambre avec besoin de rénovation immédiate. Le tapis beige et maculé de tâches diverses, à tel point que il m'a été impossible de poser un pied nu parterre, les meubles sont usés. Pas mieux pour la salle de bain, les joints autour de la baignoire sont moisis.Tout est à rénover
“Not what it seems”
I have stayed at this hotel many times and others within pattaya and i now have to say that I now find it difficult to accept their prices when other hotels provide better hospitality and service etc at half the price, there were renovations taking place which provided a very unpleasent smell through the air con and sometimes noisy, free laundry - i stayed for 3 weeks and got the same free laundry for someone who stayed one night as the free amount is based "per stay" strange, the in room internet for one night is about half the cost of a months subscription in the uk, so if your on business and need good access to the internet be prepared for a big bill, check in check out all good, staff very polite, pools etc very nice, all in all i cannot tell you i don't recommend this hotel but it needs to step up a gear as i will now be looking at other 4 star hotels in the knowledge of a better service and a better room etc being available at a much lower price. Position is good as away from the main nightlife zone and taxis a plentifull and really cheap.
