Hotel at Pattaya

Posted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: The room size and how clean the room was great.
Nice clean hotel away from the night life. A little walk to the beach but that is ok. Would stop here again on my next visit to Pattaya.

Stray dogs crapping on the beach is a downer

Posted Aug 25, 2012
Pros: No stray dogs inside
Cons: To many loud Russians
Location: Location sucks. LItter, noise, and dogs a plenty
Obviously this building was not meant to be a hotel, but rather a condominium being creative after not getting all the units sold, I think. Good rooms and polite staff, so no problem. The included breakfast is two eggs, two toast, very sweet "juice-drink" and instant coffee; Not very satisfying, but served by very friendly staff. Rather unexpected (should have done more research) this area (Cosy beach) is totally dominated by Russian charter tourists. All signs and menues are in russian, and even all the touts approached us with Russian phrases. Odd. Noise from construction was a pain, and the beach is a downer, unless you like overpriced beach chairs and the sight of stray dogs crapping on the sand that already is littered with.. litter. If you feel your overpriced beach chair rustle slightly, don't be alarmed, it is just one of the dogs crawling under it to catch some Z's in the shade. Scared me the first time, but they seem very zen-like and probably won't bite. In short: Hotel ok, area sucks quite a bit.
