Great hotel to stay in
Very good hotel with modern facilities, right on the main routes around and walking distances to most places needed. 2 types of breakfast, Indian and continental although you cannot move between the 2. This is annoying if you want to try both

Very bright in the morning with their white curtains. Staff was lovely and the pool but this is a 3 star at best. Pay an extra 50 and do it proper.

Staff were extremely rude and not accomodating, they failed to help with transport requests and area guidance. Wifi is very poor and did not work most of the time. Breakfast buffet had very little food left and when asked for more we were told they had nothing left at 9:30am

This classed as 4* i would rate it @ about 2.5*. The reasons are as followed look carefully @ the room & you will see NO STORAGE PLACES only thing is a rail above safe with 6 hangers, so if your staying like i did for 3 weeks your clothes are all over the room....not good.... Even when ive stayed @ a 2* hotel/inn theres been storage. Next breakfast cost 300Bhat expecting full English but only had eggs they were terrible. Local cafes in Pattaya New Plaza 5 mins walk Full breakfast 125Bhat.... This is orianated for Indian coach parties staying couple days... I moved rooms due to there noisr by pool @ 3/4 am in the night..... Only good points Natasha on reception always helpful also staff around that area... Cleaning lady for 5th floor excellent... Outside the SECURITAS 2 men always friendly & polite.... Would i stay here again....... ....NEVER.......

- There were barely any gym equipment's. - Internet was slow. It would have been helpful if informed about the conditions and requirements to have "free" WI-fi.

Get a receipt, always..
The hotel will go above and beyond in trying to sell you things / charge you, even when you don't need them or have nothing to do with the charged item.. Bad wifi..

hotel was good lactation and room was very clean but the receptionist was too slow ,they did not prepare the booking , I was waiting for sign the document and only me, one customer on that day , it was take more time If I have to compare with another hotels .

The hotel was dominated by large groups of Indian men who behaved like 5year olds The hotel staff were wasting their time to try and keep them under control Most of the time it was just impossible to use the downstairs pool area They were told numerous times about going into the pool in their underwear so they would get out and undress there and then and wrap in a towel

We stay few times in grand bella because this hotel very close to CENTRAL FESTIVAL MALL , hotel still new , Our childrens love the swimming pool with slider and breakfast variety is good (Breakfast is free of charge for our children, it's very kind, Thanks) Very RECOMMENDED

Don't believe the pictures, not family friendly
We booked this hotel for 4 nights because it was in central location and the pictures looked great! Hotel ratings at hotel.com was also very positive. Unfortunately, when we got to the hotel, our experience was not that great. During check-in: hotel staff did not have control. Guests during check-in were mostly Indian men with a few Chinese tourists. Guests were rude and staff did nothing about it. Don't bother getting in line as nobody will care. We only found out that this hotel caters to single male Indian men looking for women so do not bring your family here. The Indian males will gawk at your family the entire time. I did not feel comfortable here. Room quality: Walked into the room and took off our shoes. Very bad idea as the floors were very dirty. you must keep your shoes on at all times or your feet will be very dirty. There were very few bathroom amenities so bring your own. The rooms are not sound proof so you will hear everything from the hallway. There were many people hanging out in the hallway at night so you will not get a good night sleep. Someone kept ringing our door bell at 2 am. There were ants in the room and we saw a very large RAT in the hall way. Needless to say, we checked out the very next day and lost 3 nights. Hotel refused to refund our money and said we stole a slipper even though we did not touch anything so please avoid this hotel; very shady! Overall, very bad hotel. Dirty rooms, rude guests, bad customer service. Avoid!

Not what I expected.
I saw a 4 star rating and thought this should be ok, only to find underwhelming overall conditions. Not to mention rats on the property regularly with ant trails in my room. I give it a 2 star rating at best.
