The hotel is on the water with great views and situated on top of the newest shopping mall in Thailand. It was a fabulous stay.

I thoroughly loved this hotel for everything including comfort, service, beauty, amenities, location, view, etc. Centrally located in Pattaya and connected to the Central Mall for shopping, dining, movie theater, bowling alley, etc.

“World class hotel with great service and ambiance”

Wonderful hotel in a good location for site seeing. The staff is very attentive and offers excellent service with no communication problems (English). Property is an oasis with multiple choices for dining. We stayed on club floor and the executive lounge offers the best views and free cocktails. Our host (Bee) made sure our glass's were never empty and pampered us continually, bravo ! Some other club lounges could use this location as a benchmark for their people !

The Hilton Pattaya brings a South Beach like style to Pattaya with excellent service, and an unbeatable location right in the heart of the night life district and right off of the beach. Really enjoyed our brief stay.

“Outstanding experience, definitely worth to try”

New, modern style, in excellent condition hotel. Central location, easy access to all local amenities. Staff very helpful, nice and caring, not intrusive. Food in hotel restaurant wonderful, though a bit pricey, the wine list in particular. Swimming pool on terrace with amazing views, spa facilities of extraordinary class, highly recommended. As golfers tried five of many nearby (up to one hour drive) golf courses, all in superb conditions with very good services. Overall an outstanding experience, definitely would come back.

“Serenity in the middle of the chaos of Pattaya”

The hotel is excellent in all respects. The quality of the rooms is outstanding, the service is impeccable, the location is very good in the heart of Pattaya and right above a giant shopping centre. The hotel is on the upper floors of the building, so it is far enough away from the chaos of the streets that you can have a peaceful night's sleep. The beach near the hotel is not the best, as it is very narrow and jammed with people, but most people don't go to Pattaya for the beach anyway, it is more about the experience.

“Very good hotel but construction work in the hotel”

Friendly welcoming, excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool, good location. ONLY 1 THING NOT SATISFIED: When construction work at the hotel they should inform the guest on every website. I go for relax after a busy year of working, not to listen the drilling at 8.30am from the rooms above me. Sorry this made my holiday at Hilton very bad.
