Very dated hotel. Rooms are tiny. Room we booked had double beds but they gave us single beds. Refused to change and said they were fully booked. Lobby bathrooms were dirty. Room was dusty and stained. Dead bugs squished to walls never cleaned. Carpets in hallways stained. Staff refused to change our room. We ended up leaving the room empty and moved to the holiday inn next door. Highly recommend the holiday in pattaya. Mercury hotel needs a big revocation and clean up
