Once I found this hotel in pattaya I never stay anywhere else. The rooms are very comfortable. You know you're in Thailand when you walk into the lobby or the pool area. Very nice! The location is great and the hospitality of the staff always exceeds expectations. This is a must stay hotel when in pattaya.

Tranquil gardens and poolPosted May 11, 2014
Pros: It is a lovely oasis in a not so nice city. Beautiful tranquil gardens and relaxing pool area.
Location: Close to everything. Perfect location.
I stayed here with my son for 4 nights, at the end of April 2014. The room was comfy and well maintained. We spent loads of time by the pool, my son loved the slide and never tired of going down it. The sun lounges were comfy and and there was plenty of shade. Lovely large pool and good choice of cocktails at the pool bar. The staff were friendly and attentive. Use of a large gym in the shopping centre next door, with great choice of machines and classes. Only used it once but it also had a room for kids to play in.

Overall a fantastic stay. Only a small concern on mosquitoes since it's an outdoor hotel+resort!

tropical oasis in the heart of pattaysaPosted Apr 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
we were more than pleased with our stay. The hotel staff in every are of the hotel, clear down to security was so warm, kind and helpful. You will walk away with more pics of the tropical pool area than you can even imagine, down to the swim up bar. Their food menu ranges from American to Thai to Chinese. Our flight didn't come in til the wee hours of the morning, but their room service was top notch and we were able to get food of any kind even at that time of the morning. And their bfst ranged from pastries, to american, to Thai to Chinese. If you love sushi it was also on the best bar. If you love strong coffee like we do, every cup or pot you order is fresh ground. No instant coffee here, its delish! We took advantage of their spa our first day here. We had the couples massage and it was so classy, and truly worth the visit!! We visited a neighboring american chain hotel and was so happy to see that we had made the best choice on where to stay during our visit. Truly a tropical paradise in the middle of a bustling city.

Lovely central hotel, oasis amongst the bustlePosted Mar 15, 2014
I've of favourite hotels which we love to return to. Typical hotel prices but the hotel is so central you always have a wide choice. The pool area is a oasis and a joy in which to relax. The town centre is full on especially at night but enormous fun.

One of the best hotels in PattayaPosted Feb 5, 2014
Pros: Direct access to Beach Road and proximity to Walking Street.
Cons: Heard a lot of noise from the room next door, very early in the morning. The guests were packing for an early check-out. The walls must be paper thin.
Location: Direct access to Beach Road. Walking Street is easy to walk to. Shopping, restaurant, and massage options galore, next door and up along the block.
Parked our car with the valet, and were offered assistance with our bags immediately upon arrival. Check-in was smooth. Staff showed us to the room, which was helpful because the hotel grounds are sprawling, especially around the pool area. Overall had a pleasant stay for 2 nights and would give a strong recommendation for the hotel if you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel experience. It is one of the top 5 hotels in Pattaya. Location is unbeatable if you want to be along Beach Road and near Walking Street. It is very easy access from the hotel to Beach Road especially if you stay in the garden view rooms. There is a hotel restaurant, Dicey's, which is also top notch if you are looking for pub style food.
