Wasting time at times

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Check in and check out took forever. They also changed our room. There was a trainee but it wasn't her fault as the manager herself couldn't teach her the stuff as well. Most importantly when I asked to check out and told her I got the mosquito repellant (and no one would have noticed... Mind you there was no minibar as well) she made me wait till room service was there.

Bad feeling

Posted Feb 14, 2015
Booking two rooms: First room 1) No hot water is available for between 1:00am to 5:00am to have. 2) Using electrical system, it make a short circuit to burn my transformer and the air conditioner is out of order. 3) The air conditioner has been set 30 degree and it is very cool. Second room 1) No hot water is available at 1:00am, until 10:00am to have. Two rooms with same the problem,it make us inconvenience and uncomfortable. We have bad feeling in this trip.

My all time favorite

Posted Jan 29, 2015
Pros: Most
Cons: The hotel was almost empty! They could have easily upgraded us to a room with much better view. The staff lacking in English proficiency.
Location: Not much, but I go there just to relax! They try to push going to Coral island, etc. Don't fall for it!
Great facilities, pool, fitness center. Only a small beach but clean and not rocky. Very nice breakfast buffet, nice restaurants (sea food buffet on Saturday, and nice Indian restaurant)Easy two hour drive from Bangkok.

very relaxing time here in the royal cliff grand

Pros: pools private beach beazzo restaurant
Cons: the Chinese restaurant menu was limited no curry no foo young only one type off ribs
Location: 15 minute drive to walking street if you get bored here
we stayed at the royal cliff grand hotel January 2015 and enjoyed our stay there are many restaurant's and are reasonably priced the infinity pool 15 minute walk away in the older royal cliff hotel was excellent private beach was a change from the other beach's here as you don't get hassled every 2 minutes we always have a hire motorbike so that was handy has it is a bit far from the action I spoke to some friends here I said this must be the best hotel here and they all agreed and its priced very attractively

Pros:

Nice hotel with good pools & beach access

Posted Jan 9, 2015
Pros: Location and well appointed room
Cons: English speaking concierge who know the area Tidy up around the edges
Location: In south Pattaya - 10 minutes by taxi from the centre. Walking into town is not recommended as there is a steep and long hill down to negotiate.
Excellent rooms, good choice of swimming pools, nice private beach. Hotel bars are very quiet. Not so easy to get into Pattaya town as taxi drivers don't always come down to the entrance of the hotel and often want to overcharge for the 10 minute ride. Hotel shuttle bus is frequently over booked. Not always easy to find help in reception who speak English - we ended up in speaking to the Russian help desk. Many Russians and mainland Chinese. We will however be using this hotel again due to well contained bedrooms and super location away from the seedy Pattaya bars!

Väldigt stort och lyxigt hotell

Posted Jan 3, 2015
