We ordered a taxi to go to the airport. I asked in advance for it to come at 12. It arrived 20 minutes late. The way to airport is one and half hours driving. Simply if there was more traffic on the way, we could miss the plane. I am sure if you reserve a taxi it must be on time and not 20 minutes late!

Location: This hotel is for relaxing and enjoying yourself. It is out of Pattaya but just a few minutes drive to the main Pattaya shopping, bars etc.
We have stayed at this hotel many times before and in fact always have some time here at the end of every holiday in Pattaya. The hotel staff are great and very professional. Breakfast is great with a good variety of food from different countries. The spa is excellent and is a must when you stay at Royal Cliff.

Wasting time at times

Check in and check out took forever. They also changed our room. There was a trainee but it wasn't her fault as the manager herself couldn't teach her the stuff as well. Most importantly when I asked to check out and told her I got the mosquito repellant (and no one would have noticed... Mind you there was no minibar as well) she made me wait till room service was there.

Bad feeling

Booking two rooms: First room 1) No hot water is available for between 1:00am to 5:00am to have. 2) Using electrical system, it make a short circuit to burn my transformer and the air conditioner is out of order. 3) The air conditioner has been set 30 degree and it is very cool. Second room 1) No hot water is available at 1:00am, until 10:00am to have. Two rooms with same the problem,it make us inconvenience and uncomfortable. We have bad feeling in this trip.

Top reception, zimmerreinigung sehr mangelhaft, TV kapputt, frühstück sehr gut ,frühstück service lausig bis katastroffal,essen in div restaurants herrvorragend pol sauber und ok aber schlechte liegen und keine lifegard wie angeschrieben vom kader nie jemanden gesehen und ein kingsize bett war das auch nicht wirklich

訂房時相片與酒店房間不符!

我透過 hotels.com 預訂此酒店的 Mini suite sea-view 房間3晚, 但入到房間, 與訂房時的相片很大差別, 房間內傢俬以啡色為主, 我記得訂房時相片的傢俬是白色的, 上這酒店網一查, 原來酒店職員給了我 Royal Cliff Beach Terrance 的 Mini / Honeymoon suite房間, 我預訂的是Royal Cliff Beach Hotel - Mini suite sea view房間啊! 但我男朋友由曼谷機場駕車來芭堤雅時一直發燒, 一入到房間就睡了, 於是我們睡了一晚, 但感覺不太好, 因為房間內的傢俬很殘舊, 尤其是浴室內的浴簾, 完全是發黃了的!! 第二天到職員檯前查問, 一位女職員說我們訂的Mini suite 就是這房間, 還已經upgrade了我們為Honeymoon Suite房間! 可能是hotels.com 相片與該酒店網站相片不符! 說到尾都是不肯給我們換房間, 於是我們決定以後都不會考慮住這酒店了!
