Fair priced. Walkable distance to everything. Breakfast was ok I suppose but not the best. Rooms alight not the best. I rented a motorcycle. So I liked being able to park it in their parking garage.

Extremely poor value for the price property that comes with very little amenities - did not even have slippers or toothpaste, which are typically standard in any hotel in Thailand. Additionally the bed was very tough and stiff, which made the sleep not that pleasant. I also really hated the configuration of the room, there were only 2 electrical outlets by the bed, both of which had to be used the by the hotel provided Lamps, one on each side of the bed. This means that you cannot charge your phone by the bed, totally ridiculous and unacceptable design in the 21st century.

Worst hospitality at this hotel . The room we were staying had no Wi-Fi signal in the room. I had to stand in the corridor to get signal . I informed the first desk and showed to the engineer who was trying to restart the access point that the access ping has no issue, it’s the signal attenuation which is the problem. He agreed to that but the front desk were arguing that Wi-Fi is working. I asked them to change the room and they had rooms but were resistant towards offering me a room. I asked for the hotel manager and the manager was not there leaving the hotel with a dumb staff. I was told the manager comes at 9 or noon time and there is no way to contact the manager. The staff was very rude as if it’s my fault the Wi-Fi is not working. The moto of Thailand , is “land of smiles”. This hotel management doesn’t believe in the core value of Thailand! I will never recommend this hotel and if you have already booked, go ahead and cancel your bookings. There are much better options in the same area and much much better service. BTW, the hotel manager name is Ramika , who is the owner as per the rude staff. Applaud the ownership! Off course, pun intended!!

The renovations have brought this property to an excellent standard. Staff are friendly. In tough times the hotel was doing every thing it could to coup with corona virus, sanitiser at entrance, digital temperature on entry to hotel. Previously the hotel was an acceptable standard but now has improved a lot.

I paid for breakfast included as I always do when reserving a hotel. At check in they said it would be an extra 200 per day. They told me the pool was down for the entire time during my stay. I brought all my swim gear and only one working elevator during my stay. The Roaches in the room were disgusting. The fridge is too small to add your own beverages. The bed is hard as hell but the pillows were good. I asked for non-smoking and was forced to stay in a room that smelled like an ashtray. They were really tight with the extra roll of toilet paper, but I went to the Big C to fix that issue because of stomach issues. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. Not everything was the properties fault misleading website played a large part.

A change is as good as rest
The hotel has gone through a major transformation since i stayed there in may/ june last year .lobby area and bar all changed evev the logo and name .It still friendly and welcoming i shall be going back in october

Hotel is in good location. 7-11, moneychanger tt is just beside n big C is just opposite only. Only thing is they now only have 1 lift instead of 2. And also room 805, the aircon need 2 to 3 hours to warm up before it get cold. Otherwise it very good.

Bang for the buck.
Ok for the price paid (24EUR/night). Rooms are quite clean, but many of them a bit smelly because of smoking. Most customers are from China, Korea, Hong Kong and Thailand. Few Europeans sometimes too. Fortunately no eastern block here. Sometimes Asians doesn't quite understand about how to live in a hotel, basically it's not ok to shout on the hallway at 3AM, or smoke there, or gather all your loud 12 traveling friends to your room to party. Hotel staff is quite friendly in overall. Room service is fast and the food is quite good + reasonable priced. Outside the hotel is a Big C shopping Centre across the street. Lot's of bars and restaurants too, and it's easy to travel also with the taxis and motorbikes too. Hotel has also parking places and nice swimming pool at the roof. Free WiFi is so slow that it's better not to use it.

3박 숙소로 지내는 동안 모든면에서 좋아요~ 주변 먹거리 많고, 이동하는 대중교통도 괜찮고, 호텔 직원에 서비스, 객실청소 상태도 만족합니다. 단, 객실내에서 바퀴벌래를 발견 호텔 이미지 손상... 그래도, 다음에 다시한번 이용하고 싶어요.

着いてすぐ金庫の確認したら壊れていて交換、シャワーがお湯が出ないでほとんど水、トイレの貯水タンクの不具合、１日テレビが見れず問い合わせると「明日、明日」の一点張り、部屋に来て説明してほしいと三回問い合わせやっと部屋に来る始末。 男性スタッフは愛想が良いが、女性は無愛想かな、もう泊らないと思います。バイタク、ソンテウを使えば立地はとても良いです。
