New, modern hotel, with unique finished cement based walls and flooring. Spacious rooms and centrally located on beach road. The downside was breakfast which catered to Asian travelers and didn’t have Western options. Save your money and go elsewhere, unless you want an Asian breakfast.

Modern delight
Great hotel-very modern and trendy. The only negative thing is the bathroom. The bathtub shower combo doesn’t work - water gets in between the tub and the wall and just pours all over the floor. The shower curtain doesn’t cover the entirety of the shower area, adding more water to the floor. The shower head fixture in the room was loose and would not hold the shower head making it a bit challenging to soap up with one hand. Other than that-staff are very friendly, decor is nice...overall a nice place to stay.

modern hotel
Nice hotel just off beach road in Jomtien n a quiet area. Check-in and out was a breeze. All staff very friendly. Room cleaned every day. Room had partial sea view but that didn't matter as we we right by the beach. Could have upgraded to sea view but chose not too. Close to many restaurants and bars. Beach lovely and clean. No pool however. Wifi was fine. We didn't eat here so can't comment.

Great place to stay right on the beach
The Now Hotel is such a good place to stay.. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and our room had a great view over the ocean.. The ocean is only 30 meters away.. The staff are very good, always smile and say hello. The breakfasts are very nice... It has good street food just next door and a great night market just up the road with seafood, ribs, pizza and has a great vibe... Its only 10 minutes from Pattaya so its nice and quite. Its a great hotel for the price!!

No sea view and stupid bed design!
On the beach so wanted a sea view. Booked a sea view. Got a view of trees and a dump site. The bed had a large stupid wooden frame around it at shin height which was stupidly awkward to navigate around and very uneasy to get in and out of bed. Manager and staff very rude and in true Thai style are oblivious to customer service.

Good hotel
I got upgraded :) the room is absolutely fantasy. It's clean and feel comfortable. Staff in there were friendly. Im absolutely enjoy the stay in this hotel. The price is reasonable and everything is perfect. The things that I'm concern is the quality and the value of food and menu is quite disappointed and is abit pricey. Overall its a good location to stay. I would recommended.

1 night comfort stay
The Now hotel is quite popular for Domestic guest, i stayed here for a night and found that my stay was great. The hotel also provided the Food Coupon at 100THB so i also had dinner at the hotel. The room condition is not Old yet. only small point that needs hotel to improve is the lighting-too dim สะดวกสบายค่ะ ห้องนอนสบาย อาหารอร่อย มีที่จอดรถรองรับ สระว่ายน้ำเดินไปเล่นที่ รร Sarita Chalet ได้ ติดที่ไฟห้องมืดไปนิดนึงค่ะ

Keep on good work, anyways theres one point to improve is about Wifi password, sometime staff forgot to inform that the us and pw is on DVD player. Also the wifi details is too small to see

Always stay here quite often - the location is great, and the rest - couple of issues - the loud noise at night from the street - and the bed is very uncomfortable.

This hotel was like a prison inside all grey plaster and very dismal , the rooms had no daylight coming in the bed was a joke it wasent a bed it was a materas on a platform I fount it almost I posible to get in and out of the bed the materas was hard and the pillow was hard , the breakfast was terrible , the man making eggs was very miserable looking greasy looking no smiles you almost felt bad asking for any thing , on our first night w rang hotels. Com to see if we could move hotels but the hotel would not refund the money , this was our first night here after a 14 hr flight , we decided to go for a walk and get some food , but the smell off the drains in the street was so bad that we went back to the hotel and went to bed hungry . The next day we decided that this place was not for us we had booked to stay in pattaya for a month but after 2 days we had enough so we booked a flight back to England never again would we go to that dump . Glad to be home .

- We booked for the room with sea view but the hotel gave us the room with air compressor view no sea view at all. - We tried to complain the hotel front desk manager but she said it was not their responsibility it is the hotels.com fault that gave us the uncorrect room detail. They didn't try to help us on anything just said it is not their responsibility it is hotels.com who should deal this problem. Front desk manager didn't have service mind at all. - Even the hotel did not full and have a better room left, even we reached to hotel at night around 11 PM, even we paid for this room via hotels.com with a very higher price than the hotel standard rate (This hotel standard rate of XL room size is less than 5,000 baht while we paid for the XS room size more than 5,000 baht per night on Valentine day), even we went for celebrate the Valentine occasion the hotel didn't care anything just said only I should contact hotels.com - So we celebrated the Valentine night with the air compressor view instead of sea view.

Totally disappointed, the worst experience ever.
The room was nothing like the pictures. My floor was covered in sand, sink was blocked each time i tried to use it. The toilet will be flooded each time I take a shower because of the bad design of the bathtub, whereby the water will leak from the side of the tub. Extremely rude receptionist who doesn't speak nor understand basic English. I was told " NO! NO! " when my friends wanted to visit the room, because of the pictures from the website, whereby I've mentioned to her twice, they've booked a room, we are not planning to sneaked into this hotel. Another guy who can barely speak English told " NO VISITOR! ". I don't understand this rules, why you don't allow any of your guest's friends to visit your horrible room for just a 10 minutes? I ended up suggesting them to just keep my friend's passport just to be sure that they are coming down shortly, then the girl ended up saying " 5 minutes, 5 minutes " rudely. I was angry and i told them off, and the best part is that they don't understand whatever I'm saying and the girl went off when I'm half way talking.

Too many mosquitos
The service was great. we were greeted by drinks and smile. However, my XS room is filled with mosquitos. They help us shoo mosquitos away but there are just too many. Overall comfort is alright i had a great sleep.

bathroom floods up
its otherwise an ok hotel. good price, good location but very badly designed room and bathroom. the bathroom floods up everytime you use it. they also know that so the house keeping tries to put towels to block the water from running into the rooms but they need to do more than that. they have to renovate and correct the architectural flaws.

Not a great stay
This hotel looked nice from outside and the beach was just outside so that was fine. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. We wanted to speak to the manager and she was not available throughout our trip. The rooms were clean but decor was horrible (concrete walls and floors) and the bed was very hard. Outside the rooms were open windows and Mosquitos would then enter our room. I got so many bites! I wouldn't stay here again
