One of the places that doesnt even bother washing the over on the beds. This is another place that is owned by a company that can and should do better to live up to the name they have created, this property degrades the comfort inn name.

Super friendly, pretty clean, quiet, pool was nice not heated, bed was nice tv a little small, huge room giant jetted tub. Was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn Pauls Valley. Everyone was pleasant while still being professional. The rooms were neat and clean. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Bed was so comfortable. Was odd having 2 tubs in our room but the Jacuzzi was nice. Microwave was nice and fridge was large.
We came close to running out of TP because room never serviced during our 4 night stay.

Not worth it
Hotel was more or less fine as a budget option, but my room was accidentally given a wakeup call at 3am and I couldn't go back to sleep after that. Not much value in a hotel if you only get half a night of sleep.

Only two problems
1 the coffee pot in the room was missing a very important part
2 the breakfast wasn't real hot first thing in the morning.

found hair in the bed on the 1st room.
the mattress was old and saggy in the next room. it needs updated and cleaned. I think this is the last comfort inn I will stay in. their standards are not very high.

The hotel had low occupancy, so I wasn’t sure why they put us in a room near the stairs that smelled of cigarette smoke, had flickering lights and was generally in poor condition. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found when we first arrived or when it was time to leave. It could’ve been a much better experience but it almost felt like they intentionally made it as bad as it could be.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Once it was ready, the pillows and bedding smelled bad, like old sweat. The toilet was horrible. I would not recommend it.

The property looked nice but the linens were soiled. We asked for a new room and the sheets were dirty again. The facilities were in good shape but they need to clean/upgrade their sheets. I would not stay at the facility again.

The room was very good and a goo sized bed. The toilet was not cleaned properly and had the remnants of a prior diarrhea attack near the hinge. Other than that the room was really good. The breakfast was ok, coffee was thin, I suppose the waffles good but cooked part of breakfast not the best in the world. There was fruit - apples and oranges so we survived. So with a bit of detailed cleaning the room was very good. Don't bother with the breakfast - go to a local breakfast place, There are plenty.

When we checked into the hotel our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. We told the desk but they did nothing to correct it. The room was poorly cleaned. The mirrors were all streaked with smears. The tables and bathroom counter had sticky residue on them. The bed cover on one of the beds had some kind of red glittery nail polish spilled on it. We had to wipe down everything with sanitation wipes because it didn't seem like the room had been cleaned properly. I have asthma and the smoke smell in the room caused me to have several asthma attacks so we checked out a day early. The hotel refused to refund for that day.

This is a mostly clean hotel but waaay overpriced for what you get. We paid $200 plus $50 per fee for a really large empty king room with a jet tub right next to the bed with mirrors all around it.

We’ll positioned at a hub of food/hotel options, I felt that my stay here met expectations. The fitness center is lacking in dumbbell options. Breakfast was solid. I would probably recommend bringing your own pillow.

The internet here is terrible!! You cannot stream anything. You know it’s bad when there is a Wi-Fi help number to call on a card next to the TV. How many complaints do you have to get to go ahead and put a help number in the room? I called the help line and was basically told the hotel doesn’t pay for premium internet so there’s nothing that can help. It’s 2023. Streaming internet should be a given. If you don’t care about that- everything else was fine. Not great, but I would stay there again if it weren’t for the terrible internet. As is, I’ll never stay again.
