Came at midnight and was treated great and given an upgrade to help accomodate another family who wanted adjoining rooms.

“Disappointed”

I reserved our room online using Expedia so we were committed to staying there. When we arrived, we were assigned a room a "no-smoking room" as requested on the second floor. Walking into the room, my wife and I nearly gagged on recent smoke. The room was saturated with stale and fresh tobacco smell. We immediately called the front desk and said we could not stay in that room. It was a busy night for this particular hotel with a wedding party occupying several rooms but the front desk attendant said she had only one other available room. It was on the first floor and was fine when we inspected it. So we made the switch, We appreciated the desk clerk's attention and setting this right.
