“Would go again”

For the price paid the room was great. It was oversized and there was plenty of space. The staff was extremely friendly. We would definately stay there again.

“Here for a wedding”

Front desk Mary was so nice. She called to see if anything was wrong in the room. Never in any other hotel have we had that done, that was great. At night you could hear an occasional 4x4 truck go by, but no other noise. Our friends were on their honeymoon at the Majestic Mountain Inn and they wanted to use the hot tub that was in the room, it did not work, the front desk there could care less without even saying we can put you in another room, just sorry. Now Best Western Mary asked me how my husband was cuz he ended up getting sick from the rain. She said he should of jumped in the hot tub to warm up. The next morning she asked how things went for us and how my husband was. The staff we ran into was really nice. One big plus there, housekeeping starts at 10am, so you are not rushed to get around just for them to do up the room. Wish all other hotels followed in that way.

“We stumbled onto a good one...”

Small-affordable room but very comfy with all kinds of unexpected creature comforts. It is not put together like a motel but rather a "guest room" at home. The service was exceptional and the friendliness was appreciated. The grounds were well kept and the spa and sitting area out front was inviting if the weather cooperates. This is a gem in the rough so to speak if you don't mind a little close quarters... We will stay here many-many times for our frequent visits to Sedona.

Was really surprised to find a microwave and small refridgerator in the room. Thought everything was above average for a below average cost and the continental breakfast was exceptional!!

Nice hotel. Probably the nicest in Payson. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Hotel is in great location...even being on the highway, it's set far enough back that you don't get any highway noise. Beautiful grounds. The deluxe rooms have all that you need....coffee maker,micro, and fridge. Front desk personell are excellent!!

“great hotel for anyone”

The hotel clerk at the front desk was very, very helpful. Asked if I needed anything, covered all the bases of checking in. The room was clean, beds were soft and comfortable, the shower worked well, had enough towels for 4 of us and the room was quiet, no outside traffic noise.

“We will be staying here again”

The continental breakfast was to die for. Price was a little high, but we will recommend this hotel.

Kim, at the front desk was very helpful. My car broke down going up to Payson and she recomended a person. Great customer service.
