Easy access to I-15.

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Nice sized rooms.
Cons: The mattress needs to be replaced with a pillow-top mattress. Cable service should be added for the TV.
I sleep with a CPAP, but there was no electrical outlet on the right side of the bed. The mattress was of poor quality so I didn't sleep well for the two nights. The room was a comfortable size but the bed was only a queen. There was no cable service for the TV. I expected more from a hotel called "Quality Inn."

Great hotel

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: The breakfast choices
Cons: The room could have been vacuumed better.
Location: This hotel was in Payson, UT. We were attending an equine clinic at Zephyr Ranch. All we needed was a simple room with a shower but we got much more
This Quality Inn was clean, the room was well-stocked and the breakfast was wonderful. And all for a very reasonable price. I reserved on-line and my confirmations were emailed to me and the room was ready for me when I got there. Considering other very poor hotels in the area, I am surprised that they have stayed as reasonable as they are because I would think everyone would be choosing this one.

Not up to standard for a quality inn

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Room was dirty. Sink plugged up. Hair in showe stall. When I had breakfast at 7 there was not hot food left ( scrambled eggs, meat). It was not replenished.

Great easy access hotel

Posted Feb 7, 2015
Pros: Easy access and good value and our car was closes which is great for bringing in luggage
Easy to get to from the interstate, clean, interesting little town with lots of restaurants, we ate at Dalton's and it was good. Also has a heated inside pool great for families after a long drive.

Dirty hotel

Posted Dec 18, 2014
the room was dirty - cleaning staff need to do more than rearrange the dust and dirt. A well fed mouse ran across the breakfast bar. The hotel staff said thanks for informing them but seemed unconcerned. I suggest finding a different place to stay

Good if your not too picky

Posted Oct 15, 2014
we should have known when it was the only chain hotel there would be problems. I don't think I'm the most clean person in the world, but the room hadn't had a good cleaning in a while. There were cobwebs, stains in the tub, dirty hand smudges on the walls, and wondered how long it had been since the comforter on the beds had been washed. My seven year old wouldn't take a bath because he said it was dirty. I know the hotel is a very busy one, but you would have thought that because the do have quite a turn around the rooms would have been much more taken care of.

Easy to Get to off I-15

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: The staff
Cons: Real Pillows not throw pillow would be welcomed. The breakfast quality needs attention aka sausage gravy from #5 can is sick in a bad way.
Location: The location is just of I-15 exit 250 that is all the location offers besides Subway you will be driving to get food and no entertainment options near
I have stayed at this facility 4 times now each time the staff is why I come back they go out of their way for their customers. The facility is dated and the mini pillows are unwelcoming. The breakfast is not to par with other facilities of this caliber. The location just off I-15 make for easy access to where you are going the scenery is less appealing. I will stay again if not only for the location. If the staff changes the location may not be enough to continue my business.

Perfect for a stopover in Payson!

Posted Sep 8, 2014
I stayed at The Quality Inn as I ran the Mt. Nebo Marathon this past weekend. The hotel staff was super friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. A special kudos to Joy at the Front Desk, she was so warm and welcoming! I look forward to staying here again next year when I run this race again!

Convenient

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Hotel was close to interstate with easy access on & off. Drugstore across street with Subway & McD within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Rates were on a par with similar hotels. Hours for the pool and hot tub were good.
