None of the ice machines were in working order. The front desk clerk was less than helpful when talking to her about the situation. When checking in, the clerk was rude when we told her we needed a 1st floor room because climbing stairs was very difficult due to a disability. She said she had already assigned a 2nd floor room and wouldn’t change it, that we should have mentioned that when booking. We had no idea there were no elevators when it was booked. We went for breakfast and none of the food served was hot. I will not recommend nor stay there again.

The lady at check-in was very kind, interacted with my little one and super helpful with places to eat. Room was large and quiet. Beds were comfortable, a little on the hard side but clean. Like that there the bed was blocked underneath so my cat couldn’t get under. Nice large patio. Would def stay again if in the area.

Clean rooms clean sheets, bed was extremely hard and seemed tilted towards the headboard. There was also about a 1” gap under the outside door, any critters could come in if they wanted. It caused the sun to come in in the morning and light up the room also. Breakfast was great and the fabulous lady that runs the breakfast area was so sweet. She was also right on top of clean up and getting anything you may need,

Everything in this hotel was good only problem was the front desk lady. Older lady with glasses was so rude not just to me but to other customer as well. I went with a friend got rooms so far from each other and we wanted to change rooms closer and we knew there would be a fee of any kind but she was so rude and basically told us to shut up.

Rooms were great only problem was we were traveling with a baby and family and our rooms were so far apart. Each rooms were on opposite side of the property. Front desk lady on the older side with glasses was so rude not just to me and my family but to other families as well. We wanted to change room and we knew there will be a fee of any kind willing to pay that fee but she said it’s not possible and no no no was always her answer basically telling us to shut up. That lady should not be in front desk from how her attitude was but her service was HORRIBLE!

We travel with our dogs and really appreciate a pet friendly hotel. The staff is wonderful as well and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. We will continue to stay here when we come through Payson. Definitely recommend

Was delayed in checking in at the designated 4 pm time because some of the rooms hadn’t been checked off yet. Was told to wait about 15-30 minutes so we left and came back. Maybe a discount or other perk would have been nice for our inconvenience. Otherwise no other complaints. Clean and quiet.

Seems this hotel is falling apart. Been staying there for 5+years but this may be our last. Wood on balconies is falling off. Poop all over yard. Carpet dirty. Michelle at front desk was absolutely awesome. Breakfast room was freezing.

I already posted a review of our first stay at this motel. Because of how pleased we were with our experience on the first stay, we detoured on our trip back home so we could stay here on our return trip. Everything was great

After a full days driving, the one night stay was great. The check in clerk was super friendly and was the start of a great stay. We were able to park right next to the room which made it easy to unload and reorganize the car for the next days drive. The room was exceptional in size with plenty of room to move around in. The following morning we were surprised to be treated to a free breakfast that was served in what at one time must have been a restaurant. Scrambled eggs, cheese pancakes, sausage along with the usual cereal, danish, bagels. We were able to enjoy our breakfast and then hit the road for another day's drive.
