What a lovely stay! The staff was sooo helpful! The room was pefect, quiet, clean, easy trip to Logan! Great value for the price!

Upon arrival we were told the room we booked wasn’t available and we would be out in a room with one bed for me and my 76 year old mom. So we ended up paying $250 for me to have to sleep on the couch, not happy about that at all. Front desk offered some snaacks as compensation. Rug is the room was ripped, fridge dented. Rugs in halls had stains.

From check in to check out, we had an enjoyable experience. Krysten was welcoming at check in and staff was overall friendly and convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. I travelled with my grandchildren and the suite room was enough. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. The area felt safe and many food options were in driving distance. This hotel was not too far from Boston city center. I got good value for my money and I'd recommend this hotel to others..

This property is dated, I am so disappointed. I took my family to stay in a hotel with dirty bathroom, stains on bed board, not working appliances, we have to ask multiple time for basic items, at the point that I went to Walmart and bought what they could provide. They only had one staff member ( staff member did amazing, the problem is obviously management) hate when I had to call to ask for something. I think they need to do something to reduce noise from street and other rooms ( changing windows, better isolation, update mattress, specially the sofa bed mattress). We could hear everything from next door room ( very uncomfortable and unpleasant). We decided not to change, huge mistake. For two time came around 9pm with our kids, seeing guess smoking weed in front of the parking close to the entrance. Not pleasant either when you have to explain your kid “what’s that smell” overall we felt that we stayed in a MOTEL, that’ll explain everything better.

There no problem with my room and the staff is great. Only concern was that whoever turned off the shower tap left it so tight that I had to hit it several times before the water would come out.

Very large room with kitchette was great although we didn’t need it. Some stains on carpets and peeling wallpaper in areas but overall seemed clean and tidy. Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast options.

I didn’t know what to expect with this hotel however it didn’t disappoint. The inside of the hotel was surprisingly nice. The room was large, well equipped and the small kitchen in the room was perfect to prepare our small meals. The morning breakfast was really good. The pool was perfect for our small kids because it wasn’t deep. To be honest this hotel was not what I was expecting, it was better than expected. I would recommend this hotel to any family particularly with kids. It’s also pet friendly. I didn’t bring my pet however it’s nice to know they are also welcome.

It was fine for our purposes (a quick 2-day stay to visit the Boston area) but not somewhere we would not return to. The hotel is in a quiet area, and there is a Sonic right next door. Otherwise, there isn’t much to attract. The hotel is not very well maintained; the furniture is stained, chipped, and/or broken and uncomfortable. It was just mid.

We really liked the suite we had and the breakfast was good, our only issue was the pool was out of order so we had to go to the next door hotel (same group) to use the ool.

Maintenance needs updating. Shower area falling a part. Many cracks and peeling paint. Mattress with huge pee or spill stains when you remove sheets. Tub was so bad and there was hair all over shower walls and tub. Obviously not cleaned at all in room. Straightened up fine but not cleaned and sanitized at all. I had to go to store and clean it myself for my own relief. Somewhat helped. I tv had access to app like YouTube or something with music but the channels offered were actually decent. Cant complain much on that. The kitchen area was such a good help. I love that about this hotel. I strongly dislike and did not feel comfortable with the window. The curtains were see through at night and the black out curtains you cant close them all the way. So lights on at night, not an option for me. Not too much. Also a weird occurrence being charged multiple times after leaving hotel on same card. Thankfully i secure it but overall i liked the hotel. I hope the charge situation was just a mistake because i would love to return someday. Staff were all pleasant to see in passing and very polite.

When we arrived they had to switch our bed from a king to a queen due to an issue and that would be my only complaint. They gave us cookies to compensate lol. The room was goregous, breakfast was great and the pool and gym were really nice. Definitely coming back hopefully we get the right bed
