In the middle of nowhere!

Hotel is gorgeous looking from the outside and the lobby is nice, but the room we had was very non-descript. Location is good if you are there to golf, but otherwise this hotel is too far out from anything. $45 cab ride from nearest subway of Tarrytown, $115.00 cab ride to Newark airport. If you are driving, great but otherwise very inconvenient.

It rained all weekend do it was a wonderful place to relax. The kids loved the indoor pool. Front desk staff was AMAZING! We started with a room near the elevator but with two little kids thy kindly moved us to a other floor away from the busy elevator. Very quiet and comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: The staff and the pool.
Cons: I have problems with the key cards every time.
We have stayed here for various family functions in the area. Our 2 boys love the pool and the staff is always very friendly. The restaurant is good.

Hilton Pearl River near downtown

I was looking for a hotel near the Palisades Mall to stay 1 night so not to drive back after dinner and drinks. The Hotel is very nice has an old castle or old building feel to it. Near a golf course and minutes from downtown where we went to dinner eventually. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. I especially liked the shower though some may find it annoying that the glass doesn't slide back at all. No problems checking out though at check in Expedia had my last name as JR so the front desk couldn't find me by real last name. I will be calling expedia to find out what happened and get that fixed.

Pros: servise and food
Cons: rooms need alittle sprucing up
checked in, the in room heater was noisey. Front desk employee moved me right across the hall, room was great. went to dinner in holtel, food was outstanding. total surprise, the food was prepared perfectly and presented perfectly. I travel alot, eat out at restaurants 4-5 times a week and this was really quite special

Arrived 11:30 pm after a six hour drive from Boston. Service rep at front desk was not very welcoming. Questioned Free WiFi that was included on our email confirmation from Hotels.com. Had to walk confirmation down to front desk at midnight before hotel rep (Vinette) agreed that WiFi was indeed included. Room 333 was not comfortable. The heating/cooling system for the room was loud, the water pressure in the shower was not good, and the ceiling tile inside the closet was falling out.
