Great Room

The personel there was very friendly, our room was als very clean. The only problem we had was that the HBO channel did not work.

"As a customer, I got the worst service I have ever received from the management."

The management of this facility has no respect for its customers. Upon arrival, I was spoken to in a tone and manner that was totally uncalled for. The manager was very belligerent and cursed at me. When I asked for double beds, I was told that double beds were available, however, he could not change my reservation (even though the parking lot stayed empty throughout my stay). I also asked to put the charges on another credit card or pay cash, the manager refused to do so and became irritated when I requested a receipt, which he did not give me. As an office professional with The Dow Chemical Company, I am in charge of making travel reservations for corporate execs all over the world, but the whole experience has left me with a bitter taste and I am quite upset, to the point of not EVER using hotel.com or Super 8 again.
