“Will be staying again”

We were in town for the races in Knoxville and had a great stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and quiet. Only complaint was the biscuits and gravy at breakfast was very salty, but the rest of the food was good. Overall great stay and will be booking a room for next years race too.

“Great, except for the tub”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the bath tub looked dirty- the tub was clean, but the bottom of it was black in most places. We did not use it and I would not recommend anyone using it. Housekeeping needs to be a better job on the bottom of the tub.

“A Good Overnighter”

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The biggest problem is cheap construction. When someone is walking around on the floor above you know it. Also you most doors close. I wouldn,t want to stay for an extended period of time.

“Disappointing stay in Pella”

1) the room was dusty---appeared not dusted at all 2) the handle on the stool did not work 3) bathtub mat was dirty 4) control knob on the air conditioner was off and could not be put back on 5) very little seating for the breakfast area 6) certain light switch had to be turned on to make the t.v. come on----it was not labeled---------had to call for front desk to see how to turn it on after a frustrating few minutes 7) front desk person appeared overworked---was trying to the best he could
