Hotel is 2 stories. No elevator, multiple doors.

Pros: In a convient place, clean help is plesarnt.
Cons: see above.
Location: I am travaling through.
Hotel is ok. Hard to get to your room through multiple doors onto the 2nd floor with no elevator. Ice on 1st floor only. Breakfast was fair.

Very nice staff. Kids got a free duckie. There was mini golf but it rained so never tried it.

Nice hotel, beautiful grounds

Beautiful grounds. Would be perfect for children as there is large area to play. Enjoyed the outdoor space. rooms nice and very clean. Only negative comment would be very poor internet connection.

The only shortcoming with our room was the fact that the TV was not wall mounted. It was somewhat difficult to view the screen from a prone position in bed.. Everything else was A-OK and would not hesitate to stay in the same hotel again. Also worth mentioning....... the breakfast vouchers for a nearby restaurant breakfast, and the Kuerig coffee brewer were welcome additions.

Been staying at Comfort Inns mainly when i travel, because they seem to have customer service down to science. Really appreciated Pam for accomodating me and my requests. I was charged extra on valentine's day night for the same hotel room i had booked the night before, just cause it was valentines..obviously i was in town working, single adult, yet i get charged valentine's day rate regardless.. The hotel had 3 cars in the parking lot, so they were not busy at all to justify the price.. Went from 125$ a night on feb 13th to 152$ On feb 14th.. Just because... : / The price increase was certainly not due to demand, and it felt like a greedy price gouge to me..

The first night that you stayed with us you were upgraded to our smoking section which is on the main f loor with out a change in rate. There is always a price difference for main floor rooms as there is drive up access and a patio door. Thank you for being a loyal guest to Comfort Inns.

Everything was perfect except the age of the heating system in the room. The lettering was worn out on all the buttons so it was difficult to set the temperature correctly.
