“They need to renovate Hotel”
Room was not very clean, found roach in the bathroom, air condition unit sounded like a Mack Truck, overall hotel conditions is sad, very nice location but not what expected from a 3 star hotel, they seriusly need to invest money in the Hotel. wouldnt stay again
“Really a " MOTEL" in disguise.”
Very dissapointed. Bad lighting, no security. Moved from 2 rooms do to non-flushing toilets. Other guests complaining about the same things. Not the same thing you see online. Were being rushed out of the continental breakfast 15 minutes before deadline, bad coffee. Room service is done for after 9:00pm. Also very expensive menu. Restaurant seems to be under renovation with visibly poor construction. Absolutly no hospitaliy. Will never rent there again. Will never recomend, and will warn all my friends and associates.
“Not a Bad Stay For a Couple of Days”
Well I'm not a golf player (yet) and I didn't stay long enough to soak in all the ammenities, but from my standpoint it was a decent stay. The location is in a great place which is right off I-75. Since I know the area very well, I can say that travelling either North or South is a breeze. Going east may hurt you on time but there are plenty things to do in that direction also. Room was nice but slightly outdated (TV and bathroom). Pool looked lovely but I couldn't enjoy it due to my schedule. Staff was very nice and catered to my request quickly. Had an a nostalgic feeling when i was there for some reason, but I can't explain why. Over all nice stay.
“Ugly hotel”
Dark and dirty room
“Old 70s Hotel”
Internet sucks. Nice room. If you want a fridge or a microwave, you pay extra. Swiming pool is really nice.
“Underwhelmed”
The hotel is old and the rooms are outdated. The TV control did not work from day one to day seven even after the batteries were replaced. The bathroom door hit the elongated toilet every time it was opened. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever endured once (we did not go back for round two of green eggs and blackened potatoes floating in a sea of grease and tomato sauce). The A/C was the worst; it sounded like a freight train, but it never arrived. We set the temperature to 60 degrees and never got below about 75 even with the ceiling fan at full blast. House Keeping was our ever vigilant alarm clock, waking us each morning at the crack of 10 AM and informing me on one occasion that she would not be able to come back because she was leaving. The first day after our arrival, they did not replace the towels and cups they took nor did they clean the room (made beds only). Of the numerous hotels that I have stayed in over the course of my life, this rates number two on the scale of the worst hotels in which I have stayed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!
“Awsome Hotel !.”
I've stayed at Grand Palms on 2 visits to fla. Both times i had an awesome stay, and I will stay there on my next fla.trip.I had my kids visit me and they were impressed.I chose a suite and was able to entertain my riends and family in the living room of my suite.and when I first steped into the room I said "SWEET"
“golfers delight”
Great site but could use some upgrades and updating. Over-all very good value with Expedia discounts.
“Very nice hotel”
Great hotel for the money, very nice suite.
“Pines lowest”
Not a good hotel. It's getting old and lack of maintenance is overwhelming: no electrical outlet covers, broken coffee maker, uncomfortable mattress, to name a few. The disadvantage of outside corridors makes it even worst: people hanging out and drinking/smoking right outside the room until early hours of the morning... The pool was good and the location, for me, was great. Don't let the pictures fool you, those are the pictures when the hotel just opened...
