“Would stay there again”

Great location and room for the price...room could use a little updating, but found it clean and comfortable.

Couldn't beat the price! Did not have great expectations based on some bad reviews on Expedia but was pleasantly surprised. Facility is somewhat older but I feel this added to the charm rather than distracted. The place (room, grounds) were kept immaculately clean. The grounds were beautiful. The pool was hugh and also kept very clean. The food in the restaurant was very good and relatively inexpensive. The the registration area was somewhat seedy and gave a bad first impression. The hotel is about 10 miles from where the action is, closer to the beach and downtown Hollywood.

“not worth 3 stars”

Stayed in 8/09. Being a 3-star hotel, I expected more. The room was clean, but the decor and furniture was that of an average lesser-star hotel. Parts of the roof eave at the restaurant building were rotten and/or had holes that looked like rodents had gnawed through. The light colored sofas in the lobby of the restaurant were worn and soiled. The free continental breakfast was supposed to include hot items, but I didn't see anything but fruit, bread and cereal. However, the prices at the restaurant were reasonable. Overall, I would stay again, but the 3-star rating is too generous.

Was very satisfied, except staff was calling in the morning hours to gain access to the room for repairs etc.

“Great location”

Great location, and good service. My only complaint is that I could not get a signal in the room to use my cell phone, and the Internet service connection is poor. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Good but not impressed”

The hotel was okay...we ended up upgrading to a suite. We had signed up for a regular King room, but none were available when we got there so we had to take a regular room with 2 standard beds. The room was just okay....small. The King suite we got was very nice. Refrigerator, microwave separate living room. I think the golf course was over priced. You get little to no discount for staying at the hotel depending on who was in the proshop that morning. Also, they have 3, 9 holes courses, but you can not play just 9, you have to play 18. They said they have no rates for 9...so if you are going golfing make sure you have enough time for 18.

Great location, easy access to ftlauderdale, miami area. didnt get to play, but golf course looked very nice

“Would stay again”

Stayed here because it was conveniently located for my business trip and rate was acceptable. Yes, the room decor is outdated and it currently does not have elevators to the second floor, but this did not detract from my stay. My requests were accomodated and I would stay here again.
