“Comfortable & Quiet”

IInitially, we were trying to get a hotel near Downtown Miami (for Ultra), but because of the Ultra Music Festival everything nearby was pretty much booked or insanely expensive. Yes, we waited till the last minute. We ended up finding this place and didn't really know what to expect, but when we got there all doubts were put to rest. Great location, quiet, and comfortable. It was not as close as we had hoped, but it didn't take too long to get downtown. We ended up having a great time at Ultra and had an amazing sleep. Also, if your into golf, the course doesn't look too shabby.

I was very pleased with the Grand Palms Spa and Golf Resort. It wasn't crowded and the facilities were great. The receptionist was polite, very freindly, and eager to help us.

It was my first experience staying at the Grand Palms Resort in South Florida, but it wont be my last. Simply put, we had a great time and felt I had to tell your readers. The golf course is beautiful and they had the best greens I played on in a long while. Their European Spa & their personnel were just wonderful. They pampered us and we loved it. The only problem is that I gained a few pounds eating in their restaurant. The desserts were too good to pass up. I give it your best rating and I recommend Grand Palms to all.

I highly recommend this hotel. Have more ammenities than any of the hotels in the area. Food was delicious. Gloria at the Front Desk was very helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance staff very courteous in helping me with my luggages to the second floor, because they don`t have elevator. Although i am not a golf player this is a beautiful property with outstanding landscape. Very relaxing. I will be back.

Overall a nice place to visit. The bed could have been more firm, but otherwise I look forward to returning.
