Horrible place. How is it even on Hotels.com?

Insisted that our booking was not valid even though I paid in advance through here and brought the confirmation with me. They do not acknowledge this website, and we had to find another hotel after midnight. Not fun at all.

Disgusting - we could not stay

This hotel was not as advertised. The room we were given had no proper curtains. The toilet seat was broken and on the floor. The sheets were dirty and there were hairs in the bed. We complained to the reception and he sent a man to our room who said that he was the owner and that he would not fix the things we complanied about and that if we did not like it to get out. He knew that we had already paid and clearly did not care as he had his money!

Terrible hotel

Cons: Everything
Location: Little India, Georgetown, Penang
Dreadful hotel. Filthy room, staff indifferent at best, and did not make the room. Taxi service was overpriced, and clerk pretended not to find the reservation for our second day (?). Avoid at all cost.
