Pros: Friendly professional front desk staff, clean rooms
We arrived late afternoon but one of the connecting room wasn't ready. However the front desk gave us free access to minibar as compliment which I think is good service. We requested a connecting room fo family stay and rooms were clean. We enjoyed the stay and surely would recommend this hotel to friends.

Book for Seaview Twin beds for 4 nights in 2 bookings. During check-in in Reception, staff Desmond want to give twin beds, but senior staff (MARK) walked over and whispered to him in Chinese "reject his request by saying no twin beds room". Then, I compromised to King size bed. Day-2 I went to Reception to reserve twin beds room for my Day 3 & 4 stays. Eurasion lady put the reservation & remark on room in 9th floor for me. Day-3 around 9am, I went to Reception to check and staff MARK told me that Evergreen reservation did not have remark & reservation made by Eurasion lady. But he said he change the room to 6th floor and asked me to come back at around 12pm. Around 12.30pm, staff Nabila told me the guest only check-out at 1pm and room will be ready latest by 3pm. MARK disappear. Went back at 3.30pm, room is NOT ready, and asked me go back to rest in my room till 6pm. Asked to see manager, wait ard 20 minutes and they never inform manager. Very angry and asked their manager to see us in my existing room. Worst, they deactivate my door's access cards. I didn't understand what motive that MARK was for no giving Twin Beds. He tried to reserve for late check-in guest from his whisper to junior staff serving me. Was compensated by Assistant GM with Suite Room City view. The view is lousy and never open the curtain. Service rating - I give 0 star (due to it is 4/5 stars hotel) Reservation rating - I give 0 star (book seaview twin beds & never given)

Pros: ホテル内のバーに財布を落としました しばらくしてから気づき探しに言ったらスタッフが保管していてくれていましたアジアの国ではまず考えられないことですので 本当に感激しました
