Front dest service was bad. No welcoming to the guests. No smiles. No polite. The worst service hotel i ever had.

This hotel need lots of work

When we arrived and checked in we were not told that the hot water was not available due to hot water heater spoilt, so we had cold showers, the lift is scarry as it sounds like it's gonna break down anytime, phone in the room was not working, reception was slow and not friendly at all, no bell boy to help with luggage, parking bay filthy and dark. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have no alternative
