We selected the hotel because it was across the street from the Pensacola Civic Center but had no idea what a beautiful hotel the Crowne Plaza was.
The room was perfect and the view of the bay made the price worth every penny.

really enjoyed the food.

“Pensacola's Best”
Great place to stay in downtown Pensacola!

There are many nice places to stay at the beach, but if you prefer downtown the Crown is the place to stay.

“lovely hotel with a great staff”
Suprised by the lovliness of this hotel - so much old world charm. We were there during a very slow few days but even so everything was available and service was kind and with a smile. will definitely return if we have to go to Pensacola again.

“Never going back”
This hotel is cconveniently located next to a few sets of train tracks and a major interstate. The hotel also gives all customers a care package with ear plugs. These will be used heavily throughout your stay. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!

“Will Definitely Return”
Hotel was wonderful, comfortable, clean. Only complaint was the restaurant staff. NOT polite - waited for 45 minutes for our dinner with only 3 patrons in the whole restaurant. Morning waitress acted bothered just to seat us, left her a very nice tip, especially for it being a buffet, and she was worse the next morning! Other than that, the stay was very nice and accomodating. Would recommend, just overlook the grouchy people and you will enjoy yourself.

“Best Crown Plaza Ever!”
I loved everything about this hotel except the person at the front desk was not pleasant at all. Didn't greet or anything. I believe his name started with a B but, I am not totally sure. In the future, customer service makes a BIG difference. Don't have a sour puss operating the front desk. It makes a customer wonder should I 've picked a different hotel instead! That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The one on gregory street- Pensacola, Florida is unique and different. It reminded me of a train station!

“Very nice, great location!”
Very nice rooms. Bathrooms are very small but very clean and well appointed. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Will definately be back here!
