Location was good. Not far from malls, restaurants, and bowling centers.

Great location less than a mile from historic downtown and ten minutes to Pensacola beach. Under renovations but still a nice clean experience and great rates

Pros: The convenience to the attractions we were there for beach, museums and downtown.
Cons: I think if anything security monitoring the guests. No one has the right to keep anyone up or be inconsiderate when they paid their fees to.
Location: As of right now, the location is under renovation would be a nicer place when done. The beach and downtown are close. The neighborhood is ghetto.
My husband and I called to see if we could check in early the person we spoke with told us we could there was a room avail. and there would be a fee to check in early. Being that we had been up all night on a plane I wasn't concerned about the fee, which by the way was waived. The room was overall nice. After we had gotten some sleep we had decided to take a shower and go to the beach which is only about a 10 minute drive pretty convenient. When we got back to the room we noticed that in the corner on the lip of the tub there was a puddle of yellow water. Not really all that concerned usually means a cracked pipe nothing we couldn't handle. We also noticed the vanity was falling off the wall. Again nothing that we couldn't handle we were there on vacation and not going to let those little things bother us. What bothered us was the active train line that ran frequently and heard the train horn all the time and what seemed like the non stop police/emergency sirens. There was someone in a room or 2 down from us that seemed like she had 8 kids running up and down the stairs and walkway all night and the TV in the next room blaring where we could hear what they were watching. Also the other inconsiderate guests who yell over the edge of the walkway to someone in the lot. I am like an guest that likes a clean room, I am not comfortable with someone being in my room with my personal belongings cleaning while I am not there. Most offer maid service daily as an option or upon request.

Location: the location was great we had friends in Pensacola Beach and it was super close and convenient to get there since we didn't stay on the beach.
The Restroom smelled like pee, but we didn't shower there and we weren't there all day.

Pros: location only
Cons: the rooms maintenance,breakfast,parking,and office location.
Location: mins from beach and downtown around the corner.
The first problem was it was terrible parking.The office is not attached to the hotel. First thing walking into the room the lamp in room did not work our entire stay. The bathroom door literally was falling off hinges my husband had to keep putting it back up so it wouldn't fall on us.No iron in room had to go to front desk to get one. Breakfast was terrible stale bread and some gross gravy.The rooms are supposed to remodeled and if that's the case that is bad. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. It was a waste of money. When comfort suffers your trip suffers.I warn you do not stay here better to pay the higher rates elsewhere.

Alright for a weekend stay, but won't be staying there again. Lots of renovations made it difficult to negotiate the already crowded parking lot and just made things seem unkept and dirty. Train going by was very loud late in the evening. Biggest problem was the air conditioner...we couldn't get it any warmer than 66 degrees with multiple tries on the thermostat. It constantly blew on the person right next to the bed and was freezing! Seems like they're trying to update and that it will be better later, but there's still a LONG way to go. We left our room at about 10am WITHOUT the DND sign on the door, and when we returned at around 5pm one of the beds was half-made...enough to tell us that service had come at some point but had not completed anything. Breakfast was good and actually a little more than what is to be expected from that type of continental breakfast, but it was SUPER crowded and the service was unorganized...the only table available for my family of four was dirty and the area was too small for the size of the hotel and the amount of people to be served. The staff member in charge was taking a smoke-break right outside the door and made a point to tell us how "swamped" she'd been and then seemed overwhelmed the rest of the time we were there.

The room was less than desirable! My husband went back to the office and they gave us another room. Needless to say, it was worse than the first one. The floor was dirty, mold in the room and it smelled like cat urine! Immediately turned the key back in to the office and went some where else!

Location: The beach is very close by
Our room was flooded and no one checked on us. We were there during the flood and I told everyone to move their cars before they were flooded because there was no hotel staff present. We were out in the rain trying to get another room for four hours and still no one cared to see how we were doing. Finally they sent us to another room which was already occupied by another guest. We also got locked out of our room. There were very loud guests down the hall that were not asked to quiet down.
