Cons: Never was checking my statements before, now I do all the time. People, when they scan ur credit card for security purposes, always check ur statement
After all, i made reservation thru Expedia February 22, but when checked in, they charged me again. Now, I m trying get my money back , 2nd month, calling them every week, they assure me, money will be back, today April 5, no money . I m getting MAD, frustrated, and just wanna finish with it, but there is no end in the tunnel.

The Staff was excellent, but Amanda at the desk was outstanding! What a great personality she has. Helpful and so calm under pressure.

Convenient to Interstate

Pros: Location
Location: Several dining choices nearby.
It was convenient but it was not easy to get to. It is on a very confusing intersection. The hotel desk clerk was pleasant enough. The room was very overpriced for the type of hotel it was. For the price I expected much more. It was a very basic hotel. I would have been pleased if the price was half of what I paid.

older hotel close to airport

Staff didn't know how to book a taxi for me to travel early the next morning; I had to google to find one & call them myself at 11:45pm to get a 5:40am taxi to airport. Hotel also charged me for the night's stay & I had already paid on Expedia.com

Cons: Please do a better job of quality control (Expedia) when making reservations. The hotel staff said that this was not unusual for Expedia.
I was favorably impressed with the hotel but Expedia did not correctly make my reservation; I am an Expedia member but they listed my reservation under the last name of "Junior", but my name is D. G. B., Jr. This caused not a small amount of confusion with the desk and myself. Other than that mess-up my stay was very nice.

A little awkward to get to but right off interstate and near mall and restaurants.
