Awesome Location

Awesome location for Pensacola Beach, nice room, great Tiki Bar. Facilities could use an upgrade for a Hampton Inn. The hotel elevator was so slow, there would often be 15-20 people waiting for a hotel with only 4 floors. Not the best for a hotel that costs 200$ per night in season. All that said, location is awesome, staff are responsive--I would recommend due to location. Better value outside of peek times.

Thank you for staying with us. We are pleased that you found our location on the beach advantageous. We are located within walking distance to the majority of the restaurants and surrounding attractions. Our guests can park in our complimentary lot and not worry about having to take the car out again. Jeremy and his crew at Gilligan's Tiki Bar are great mixologists and offer a fun experince for all. Our property has remodeled the lobby and breakfast area as well as recarpeting the halls. We are due to renovate the rooms in the near future, so we hope you will come back and check it out!Furthermore, we apologize for the delay with the elevators. We have contracted service maintenance for our elevators and will let them know about this issue to have it resolved. We appreciate your review and look forward to seeing you again.

Our little get-a-way

Pros: The beach view
Cons: Maybe have bacon and sausage to offer on the breakfast bar
Location: Perfect Location!
My boyfriend and I just recently stayed there for a "just to get away" weekend and it was Awesome! The hotel was right there on the beach. The rooms were clean and we had the best view if the beach and pool side. The hotel has 2 pools and stayed open late which seems to be rare in most places. The front desk guy "Jones" was Awesome! Gave us great recommendation for restaurants and places to go. We had a wonderful time and have claimed "Pensacola Beach" as our place to get-a-way!

Expensive Hotel

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel was that we got a free breakfast and it was located on a beautiful beach.
Cons: They need to check to make sure the non-smoking rooms do not smell like smoke.
Location: You can relax on the beach, go shopping, or go out to eat. They was also a fort nearby that we visited.
I arrived late and the hotel was a mad house. The front desk people were answering phones as well as trying to help guests. They kept complaining about guests in front of other customers. After we got checked in, I went up to my room and it smelled like smoke. I paid for a non-smoking room. When my husband came up with the luggage, he smelled it too. When he called the front desk about the situation, they sent a maintenance guy to the room to see what he could do. (You can't get that smell out of carpet, furniture, etc.) The guy changed out the air filter and used our bathroom sink to clean them. He was in our room for at least 20 minutes. We had a 6 month old that needed to go to bed. The guy said the only other thing he could do was bring in an Ozone machine to get the smell out, but we would have to leave for an hour. It was 10 p.m. We called the front desk again and they said they didn't have any more rooms that were non-smoking available. My husband asked to speak to a manager and then they magically said they had a room to move us to. My husband went to check out the room and there was already people in that room. Then they said they would call us back, but after 15 more minutes of waiting we had to call them back. They finally moved us to a room with a balcony. It smelled like they went in the room real quick and sprayed some air freshener. The hotel was next to a place that was playing loud music as well. This hotel was not worth our money.

Location was great, room was not

Location: Great location, no complaints at all, and many places to eat and family things to do.
The room we had was not clean at all, we had a single bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel, I called and got a second set but had to call for it. There was also a issue with the elevators and no clear marked steps, that I could find. Lastly the staff was above avg. friendly and did there best to help the issues but besides the location which was great I can't say a whole lot else good about our stay.

Close to beach

Love how the hotel is right next to the beach and in walking distance from almost all the nice restaurants and small shops. We didn't need a car at all while we stayed. The outdoor bar was also nice too. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view

Location: Great location near everything!
Great view and hotel facilities, also front desk staff was wonderful! However, when we arrived, there was Nerds candy scattered on bathroom floor and a dirty bare footprint in bathroom tub. The candy remained in bathroom floor our entire 4 night stay. They ran out of towels on our second day and said they'd be by later with towels but they never came. In fact our room was skipped completely the third day of cleaning, but we requested towels and got them. Maybe due to the fact that our room was at end of hall and they didn't get to it usually until 3-4pm and by then we were back from beach to shower and clean up. Breakfast was great though! And Shellie at front desk was amazing!!

Always rented a condo but my experience with your hotel was fantastic everything was done well it was clean wonderful beach wonderful staff everything was wonderful

Nicest hotel right on the beachfront

The hotel is right size. Right on the beach. Friendly staff. I got everything I asked for over the three nights I was there. Including paper plates so we could eat our food we brought back. The rooms are cozy and clean.
