Wonderful stay at this hotel. Close enough to the National Naval Aviation Museum (the reason for our stay) and a restaurant right next door. Hotel was clean and bright, with friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel represents a good compromise between staying out on Pensacola Beach or taking a chance with a downtown option (the homeless population in downtown Pensacola is disturbing). The staff is endearing, and the hotel is clean and well-kept. Just don’t be late for the free breakfast. They may close the doors before 10 am.

The staff was excellent. However the room was dusty, water stains on the ceilings, obviously worn furniture, the clock did not work, and there was literal tape throughout the carpet.

Wonderful place to stay! Room was so clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious! Leslie was especially kind and offered awesome customer service during our stay! All the staff from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff where absolutely amazing! I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inns and Suites on the Gulf Breeze the next time I am in Pensacola! Thanks to all the wonderful staff!

The hotel was very clean and neat, the staff - ESPECIALLY LESLIE - we friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent in all respects and the rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!

The two staff members we interacted with at the desk and at breakfast were extremely nice and welcoming. The building appears a little older and showing some wear but very clean from what I could tell. Our room faced the road and there was surprisingly a lot of road noise. We thought maybe turning on the AC unit would help but it was super loud. That was the only negative. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept clean and maintained.

Was only there a short night but we checked in at 10pm and staff was so kind, room was clean and spacious and breakfast was simple but great. I’d stay here again if it wasn’t for the location. Drive wasn’t bad to the beach but I need to be closer and not have to worry about tolls every time.

This place was generally nice and was a short drive to the beaches and all the restaurants and activities on Pensacola Beach. The only disappointment was the broken couch in our room.

The breakfast was from poor to none. They were missing a lot of things and claimed that they ran out of food. Juice was also limited. The front desk people did care much about the complaints. One couple told us that the day before was worse. There was nothing at all at breakfast. Not recommended. We will find another place for our next visit to Pensacola.

The outside smelled like rotting flesh. I don’t know if it was the dumpster or the dog cans for dog poop, but it took your breathe away. The room was clean and bed was firm. Breakfast was a disappointment: out of eggs, no milk for cereal or to drink, no syrup for waffles, no muffins, no fruit, and the grits were undercooked. Needless to say, we ate breakfast elsewhere. Pathetic.
